Horrible customer service.. I tend to come here because it’s on my way home and everytime I come I’m either missing something or my food is cold. Today I got the snack wraps drove all the way home and bit my wrap come to find out my chicken was raw . I drive all the way back and show the manager she disagrees with me that the chicken was not raw and asked me for the pie that I ordered she said well it’s not in Here so I’m going to only refund u for the wraps meal not the pie I said even after you gave m raw chicken crazy but that’s fine she didn’t apologize or even try to fix the problem . If that chicken ain’t raw then dam I must be blind .

I have been going to this McDonald’s since I was a little kid! Early today my fiance and i went for a curbside and once we got our food we double checked it because I understand that food gets missing. I quickly got out my car and told the guy we were missing two items! I was very polite. I walked in and waited for my items and I only got one of them. I told them hey im messing another item. They told me I was wrong. I said okay. Let me double check. I walked outside and back into my car and double checked. We were actually messing 2 more items I walked in again. Showed them my ticket and I told them hey im actually missing another two items. They gave me one of the items and told me I was wrong about the other. I told my fiance to grab the bag. We showed them again that we were missing an item. They said everything in the bag. I walked back out to my car frustrated. My fiance said that we didnt get our items. I then grabed the food and walked back in. I asked for a manager. (Yes I raised my voice) The teen at the register whispered In his friend ear and his friend. Repeated what I said and then proceeded to say that fat people were so disgusting and disrespectful. Finally the manager (who I’ve been talking to about my food) came over. I pointed at the item that was missing and counted each item in my bag. He then gave me my item and I walked out. No apologies or anything.

Lately it’s common to go to a McD and see nobody at the register. Bunch of delivery drivers waiting, looking at their phones. Today I ordered off the app after arriving, which went well. Dining room is not very appealing. Food was great and the manager was super friendly despite being busy. I would go back.

I did curbside pickup here on my way home from an event, and ended up waiting an unusually long time. I finally walked inside thinking perhaps they didn’t get the notification that I had arrived. Turns out they were understaffed and were having an inspection done. I understand when placed are short staffed–ive worked some pretty hellish jobs and even worse shifts in my life, so I get it. I also know what its like to have an unexpected visit from boss/regional/corporate/etc. I only wish there had been some sort of communication of this, as i would have happily went through the drive thru or walked in sooner, rather than twiddling my thumbs in my car.

From the quick time I was in there, the people seemed nice (just harried) and the facility itself seemed well kept.

Thank you to the manager Michael. I ordered food on the APP for the wrong location. Michael was very courteous and provided EXCELLENT customer service. The food was fresh and the burger was amazing. I don’t think I had a mcdonald’s burger that fresh in a long time. First time at this location. Thank you!

This McDonald’s needs some serious improvement. There’s never anyone up front taking orders, which makes it confusing and unwelcoming as soon as you walk in. The service is always running behind, and what should be “fast food” ends up taking much longer than it should.

The staff themselves aren’t rude, but the lack of organization and consistency makes for a frustrating experience. This location really needs better management and quicker service if they want customers to keep coming back.

Uum.. yes I do believe the fish sandwiches gotten smaller. Unless they gave me a child’s meal instead. But I ordered a regular adult fish sandwich and a small fries. Went home hungry. They did give me a straw, but since I had no drink, I would have to say some packets of ketchup would’ve been more usable.

Updating this 7 year old review because I imagine there’s been some turnover since I first reviewed this location. We generally get good service at the drive through here. It’s usually busy, but they are pretty efficient. I will say that my most recent order of a Quarter Pounder Deluxe had a few too many toppings. I appreciate them being generous, but it’s hard to eat a burger in the car when the lettuce is falling out of the box when you open it – and it wasn’t just the lettuce that was overdone. Some moderation may be in order.
