This was our first time to try this new McDonald’s. The seating area was dirty. The napkin dispenser was empty. The ketchup dispenser was a mess and it was empty. They they do not want to talk to you personally and will not accept your order unless you use the kiosk. The manager literally told us if you do not use the kiosk to order, you cannot eat here. We mentioned the napkins and the missing ketchup twice, no one refilled anything. The employees are not friendly. The manager does not want to acknowledge you and doesn’t seem to want your business. It was a very disappointing experience and I would recommend not going to this McDonald’s. We are also veterans and they have a sign at the cashier saying that they give a veteran discount so the manager told us use the kiosk and you’ll be able to use a veteran discount. It did not accept or ask for any kind of veteran status so he lied about that.

Im not someone that leaves many reviews. But I have to here. We have been to this McDonald’s 4-5 times, giving them the benefit of the doubt that things happen and maybe people have changed. Well, that’s not the case. We have only ever had 1 order be correct. Every other time something has been wrong or missing. We went tonight, ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, one with only pickles and the other with no ketchup. What we got was a triple cheeseburger with ONLY ketchup and the double cheeseburger had everything on it. The receipt on the triple cheeseburger even had the wrong instructions, the double cheeseburger had the correct instructions but was still wrong. Kinda crazy that this place hasn’t had a major overhaul of staff. Just hope they fix it, not hard to get orders correct.

Our mobile order had missing items, and the fries were barely warm, and McDonald’s fries not warm or hot are honestly just gross, IMO. We had to leave from the third window in the drive- thru and park to go inside to request help. The staff was very rushy, which made me wonder if these mistakes were due to their attention to pushing food out quickly (which was not working out) instead of accurately? Second time in a month with a bad experience, but luckily this is not my preferred location, so I just won’t return.

Place is horrible, had to wait 20 minutes for food. This place is nothing fast. Long line no order at all!! If you are in a hurry don’t come here. My Mc chicken the bread was hard and thrown together. Even people that ordered curbside had to come in and get food.

Young Hispanic woman working in the drive thru was rushing me after she spilled sprite all over me by filling the drink up way too much on the top. Then I asked for ketchup and she quickly said “here you go” while I was trying to wipe off the sprite. Then she was trying to tell me to go around the person in front of me while I was still trying to clean it off. So unprofessional and rude! You shouldn’t rush the customers especially after you make them spill soda all over them!!!! Even got it on my seat.

I understand this is McDonald’s, but accuracy and basic quality should still be expected. My order was incorrect when I went through the drive-thru, and even after going inside, it was still not fixed properly. On top of that, the food was cold.
I’m not asking for anything unreasonable—just that orders are prepared correctly and served hot. Please do better moving forward.

Food safety is not a priority here. I got sandwiches with visible mold. To make it worse, they told me management isn’t around on weekends, so customers are stuck. All I got was a “sorry” instead of my money back.

If i could of given no stars i would be satisfied.
Where do i start…
1st speaker at drive thru was horrible. Had to repeat my order 3 times
2nd was not given entire order -when i said what i was missing she rolled her eyes at me said whatever in spanish came back w items and didnt say sorry thank you have a nice day or anything
3rd fries were barely luke warm and soggy
4th asked for no onion on 2 burgers- both HAD onions
5th 2 of 4 nugget sauces were broken open and spilled all over inside of bag and all over contents of bag
6th the bags now used are so flimsy they tear so easily. You have to hold them from the bottom so you dont lose your food
7th got short changed by $3- said something when i noticed was told i was wrong 2x+had window closed on me

We ordered a Chicken Wrap and a Happy Meal with ketchup, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The Chicken Wrap was so bad that we couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it away. We also didn’t receive any ketchup, and the Happy Meal itself was unpleasant.
Honestly, if proper quality and service can’t be maintained, it raises the question of why the place is even open. Some people save their hard-earned money to enjoy a meal, and situations like this leave them hungry and frustrated. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had
