Jose was awesome. I asked for some extra sausages. He got it immediately. I did feel as though some of the staff was not ready to assist. But once he noticed me, he came quickly from a different place in the store and walk behind the counter to make sure I was handled appropriately. I appreciate him for that and he should be recognized.

My family loves McDonald’s. Lately I’ve had to review the contents of my order to avoid having to go in again because I’m always missing something. Last week I orders 7 hash browns and was given 3. They are never rude about giving me what I’m missing but I’d like to get my order right the first time.

Placed an order before 1030am which they stopped serving breakfast. Went through the drivethrough by 1050am to pick up just to be told they didnt see it was in system and that it was to late to get it EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PAID FOR ALREADY. Got told to cancel it so I get my refund. Horrible service and lazy to not check at all.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The place is a mess all trash cans are full. Had to wait 5 mins for a refill because no one was behind the counter to take my drink. I was tempted to walk back there and do it myself. I think the owner is operating this place on the lowest overhead possible completely understaffed and discourages refills.

Did a mobile order so it was ready when we got there due to time crunch and not only were we the only people to have to wait for our order out of the 15 people we watched go through the drive thru they forgot the ranch and the food was cold. So apparently the food was ready and just sitting there the whole time we were stuck waiting.

Chocolate shake came unmixed as mostly syrup at the bottom. Refused to mix or check stating “this is what the machine made”. Did give a spoon to stir. Still tasted mostly of chocolate syrup or soft serve not chocolate shake.
