Every time I come to this McDonald’s, they always mess up my order. I get extra onions.No pickle due to my allergy. They constantly. We’ll either do no onions, no pickle or no onions. And still leave the pickle, which leaves me to throw the burger away. When I talk to the manager, he basically dismissed it, and told me that the onions are here on the bottom now. As you can see, by this picture, that’s what they consider.Extra onion. Tell me they don’t put the onions on the top of the burger. And did nothing to compensate me for the two burgers.I had to throw away the other day due to having pickles on them. I should not have to dissect my food before eating it every time, i should just bite into the pickle and come see you with the lawsuit. If you can’t hire somebody who can read a basic little receipt and put a burger together, then as a manager, you should be gone as well as that person. On top of the fact when I presented him the burger, he took it a part with his bare hand, and handed it back to me. As somebody who was a served safe instructor, hand food service officer for the military, there are several violations here.

Service is fast and quick. Do my Ordering on the McDonald’s app and pick up either curbside or drive thru with very minimal wait time. I really haven’t gone inside the store but I’m sure it’s nice inside

it’s every time i visit this location….. I have done a similar job and tried applying and I didn’t get the job here when I was in school. But i come to this location because its close to my new work an family so when im in a rush Ill stop by…. This location has the slowest service ever to exist on planet earth. Like i really don’t understand. my order is always missing SOMETHING i really don’t understand….. yall need better management…. this location needs better structure!!! get it together, because I can’t believe i waited almost 30 mintues for a simple sausage biscuit!!! i almost left and was already backing out when a crew member stopped me, ITS RIDICULOUS!!

Ordered a happy meal and a mcdouble meal and neither of them came with fries. I called to tell them and they offered to give me the fries whenever I get the chance to go back. How are you gonna offer me the fries I paid for today for a later day? I don’t care about free stuff, but there should be more accountability and a credit larger than the fries should be given since it pretty much ruined the meal. This isn’t the first (Or second) time they do this, it’s just lazy.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and I bit into one and it tasted awful. They put what I’d guess was rancid mayo on both. I did not order mayo and definitely not spoiled mayo. The wait times are always long. They over cook the chicken nuggets. I gave them a couple of chances, but tonight was it. Never going back to this one.

First time coming to this new McDonald’s and it was over all a good experience, but when I entered the establishment there was no employee in sight , I did not realize they were pushing to order on the kiosk ,anyway finally an employee came out and passed about 4 times without even asking if we needed assistance, when I realized no one was going to take my order I used the kiosk. It was pretty simple and got my food in about a good amount of time. The food was so delicious as ordered and the person who brought our food was so nice, unlike the other girl that passed us without acknowledging us. Here is a pic not a great one but there you go.

I did curbside – ordered my food as I was at the spot outside the mcdonalds since I wanted to use an online app deal for a free medium fry
The food came out pretty quick. There was no greeting of good customer service as I grabbed my food, besides her asking me if the name was correct.
When I got to eat it, 2 minutes later, I didn’t understand why my food was kinda cold – even my powerade didn’t taste like how it’s supposed to
I don’t know, but it’s a pretty simple order to put together, and it wasn’t tasty – sad boi hrs
This was my cheat meal, so it was a lil disappointing, won’t be coming back

Waited in line for 5 minutes to get my order only to wait 15 minutes to get 1 thing I ordered a large sweet tea only to get my order wrong i got a large unsweetened tea. Need to pay attention!! Bad thing I always come by every day. Disappointed
