I never really liked McDonald’s like that It was always just regular to me same food, nothing special. But then I started going to this one spot where this girl named Destiny worked, and she lowkey changed everything. I don’t know what it was about her, but she just made the whole vibe better. Like, I’d actually look forward to going just to see if she was there. And somehow, even the food started tasting better when she was around. Her smile, the way she said “have a good day”—it all just made that McDonald’s feel different. She’s the reason it became my favorite. And if you ever see her there, treat her nice and with respect she deserves that.

I juuust ordered take out after work and came home to eat a while ago. Chicken sandwich is all dry, got two measly pickles, and the buns are a bit burnt, but worst of all I got FEATHERS on the FIRST nibble of the patty. I GET that I am eating an animal that was once alive but come on these feathers are about the size of my fingers for crying out loud ♀️. Ya’ll could have easily pulled them out before frying them up and serving it to me

Burger and eveything good cooks are good but the lady who gave me my drinks gave me my soda half way full with one ice cube in it and I asked if she can fill it up a lil bit and js put extra ice and proceeded to make a rude face very unprofessional don’t even know how to pour coke right and they just hire underage girls who have low patience for eveything and no respect nor manors towards their costumers p.s while making this review they took 15 mins for one kids Minecraft meal and one adult mean and one 5$ meal iv had to call a worker twice already and they js tell me the same thing

When you receive your order at the window; Take a minute or two to verify you have all the items you’ve purchased. Multiple times I’ve driven away only to find out I’m missing food. If you come back be ready to be (ignored at the window) especially during night shift.
(P.S quality of food and service is sub-par to other McDonalds locations across the RGV)

Had to wait almost 40 minutes for curbside order pickup. And when I received it I was missing 2 items from a small order. A burger and nuggets. I went inside and waited for another 10ish minutes when I then was helped. It’s a shame this new management is not it.

To get five stars on a McDonald’s from me is almost unheard of because, I do NOT care for most McDonald’s anymore. The McDonald’s I have visited in South Texas and on the BCS in Mexico have been above par. The Hispanic workers and managers are much better than most other restaurants in the US. The workers are very friendly and efficient, the food is MUCH higher quality. At this particular
establishment, you get food that actually looks and tastes like the pictures and commercials depict them. The only thing I was disappointed about on this visit was the fries in the happy meal we ordered. There were actually six, half fries in the meal. I was disappointed.
