Worst McDonald’s in town. They can’t seem to get any order correct. Double cheese burger always become a single cheese. Nuggets are always incomplete. How is a 20 piece a 16 piece. Sauces don’t seem to exist in that restaurant. But they will lie to you and say they added the sauce. Double check or triple check if you decide to eat at this McDonald’s.

This’s a new McDonald’s and the worst! They’re very slow and when I ordered curbside it was 25 minutes of waiting that I decided to go in both the hamburgers and fries were cold. I had seen a lady already parked at curbside before me walking in like I did, she complained they gave her an additude and they walked back to the cooking station. It’s all fun and games working there I heard them talking, laughing, joking, but unless you get down and walk in to ask them what happened to your paid order they won’t care if you’re still waiting until you get down to ask them. Complain to the branch manager!!!

New shiny building but same crappy service. Last week the orange juice was mostly water and counter person was visibly agitated that I returned 2 full cups (@$2.99 each!)
This time I sat in space 5 waiting 11 minutes before going inside for my order which took 3 people to look at my phone to determine what to do. Then that took about 5 more minutes.
Why does it HAVE to be that way? Soon there will be competition there and it won’t matter.

ordered a #1 Big Mac meal with a Coke at the drive-thru and wanted to add with the QR system code. Then I tried to place a separate order with another QR code, they stopped responding and I was forced to reorder the same meal two more times.
When I finally received my food, the fries portion was very small and almost cold. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. This location really needs to improve how they handle the QR ordering system at the drive-thru as well as the quality of the food they serve.

You have to yell for service. Employees standing around will tell you to use kiosk instead of taking your order. I’m not tech savvy. There never anyone at the counter unless you literally lean over it and yell. Sometimes they even look at you and ignore you until management notices. Customer Service has all but disappeared with these kids.

It says there open 24hrs, you pull up to order and no one is responding, pull up to window and person there gives you attitude like you’re bothering them. Please get employees that are happy to do their job and not ones that act all bothered.

Horrible service!!! Worker’s always have a attitude when you ask for something, they don’t make you feel welcomed at all!! Food always cold, you should hire people who actually want to work there. Terrible customer service!!

Just horrible! They’ve messed up my orders too many times where I can’t remember!! Workers are just disrespectful. Ever time I ask for a spicy chicken burger with ONLY cheese, they somehow add everything EXCEPT the cheese, like why work at McDonald’s if the only thing you can do it mess up?

This location needs more workers. It takes forever to get an employee attention to the front counter. Also saw a female employee on her phone then handled food without washing her hands. Not eating at the location. ✌
