Stop to get some nuggets and gave code for the fries first of all employees having conversation and me waiting to be charged at first window nobody got there so I drove to the next window they charged me there when my order was giving i left thinking everything was good but no my son didn’t eat the nuggets cause the sauce was given and the fries were cold and old and I called and no answer

When I get out of work at night, I enjoy a large coffee for my long trip home. I was caught off guard when they changed the name to large americano and raised the price up a dollar. That’s just greedy. The recession is getting better, are they going to lower back the price or expect us to throw our money at them. I guess I’m just going straight home.

Went at 2:40AM to place order at the drive thru and no one ever asked what we wanted, my husband decided to honk and the girl finally responded. Once my husband said what he wanted she goes “ aghh “ so we decided to drive off. I later called to speak to the manager and tbh didn’t even seem like I was speaking to one! This is very frustrating, if ya’ll don’t wanna be working just quit instead of being assholes ♀️

I hadn’t been to this McDonald’s since before covid happened. I had a kid since then, hahaha, who is now 3. So obviously, I took him inside to play at the playground. I was impressed with the upgrade they did with the playground and inside. It was clean, the playground was clean, and I was just in awe. You order from a computer screen, and u can customize your order, which they didn’t mess up lol. The employers were going in the play area as well to clean up, so I like that. The only thing I didn’t like perhaps was you have to ask for refills instead of getting them you’re self. But other than that, it looks like I’ll be making more trips there with my kid. 🙂 The food was fine as well 🙂 Miss the original salt they had, though.

The food is great. Everything else sucks. The employees look depressed every time I go. It feels like I’m actually bothering them whenever I’m ordering. This McDonald’s also consistently gets my orders wrong around 75% of the time. This has to be the worst McDonald’s out there.

Mcdonalds by Shary and Walmart always takes forever. I ordered on my mobile app to pick up through the drive-tru thinking it would be faster. Boy was I wrong. They took around 42+ minutes from the time I arrived to the time they actually gave me my order. I would have left had I not been stuck in the line/already paid via my PayPal. My order was not huge either it was just a big mac, fries and a cinnamon roll. I am not sure if they are understaffed, but I don’t recommend if you are in a hurry to get somewhere– you will be there a while

Placed a mobile order. Upon arrival to the restaurant, there was no response at the speaker. Drove up to the window and no one came. Waited several minutes and honked, no response. Drove around and parked so I could go inside but the door was locked. I knocked and a lady came from the side, it looked like she was hiding. When I tried to get a response she kept stating “come back later” repeatedly and shut the door. The restaurant hours show thst the restaurant is open and I was able to place and pay for the order. Unfortunately, It isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. I’ve filed complaints and nothing ever gets addressed. There were several other vehicles waiting for orders and at the drive through but were not getting a response either and driving away. I can’t get a refund through the app and the restaurant is not answering calls. Go elsewhere, it’s not worth it.

No one answers the drive thru if you go at night. Several cars left because, although being open, no one was taking their orders. This was on 4/25/23 at 1am. This also isn’t the first time people have complained about this specific location doing this.

I do not know what happens in this McDonalds, the wait time is above average other locations I usually go, hace been in the Mission, McAllen, Alamo and do not wait that much in the driveway, but for this location there’s always something, be prepare if you are in a hurry yoo will have to wait in line for quite some time.
