Ordered my family food. Ordered myself a Big Mac no onions. Got home realized there was onions on it. Called the store and they told me to come back so they can remake it and they will “throw in something extra” for the inconvenience. Drove back up to the store and when I went in they just gave me the burger in same container it came in with nothing extra. That’s fine I just wanted no onions to begin with. Went to car and inspected burger and realized there was still onions on the burger. They tried to scrap the onions off and put lettuce on top to fool me lol. I went back in there and talked to manager but the manager seemed like he was the one who did it or had knowledge of it. He said “oh I’ll remake it now for you” at this point I didn’t trust him. Thought he was fina drop it on the floor or something so I just got my money back. Terrible customer service trying to pass off a a scrapped off onion burger as remade.

Everytime I come here I cannot use my app deals because the “server is down”. Last time they said server was down due to it being near closing time (14 minutes til). Today I went about an hour before closing and server is down again. They asked me if I wanted to pay full price. This is BS! They don’t want to honor their rewards or app exclusive deals. Do not come here. Whataburger’s server works just fine.

I was missing food and when I told them they snatched my receipt went and got me the missing food. And not only was it cold, cold, but wrong too. They got mad because I pointed it out. Mumbled something under their breath, so we left. Do not recommend….

9•14•24 2:30ish Normally for me I drive 45 min to come to this specific one but today idk the staff was a bit off in cooking area. My cashier was very hospitable and very nice. Shout out to Cody he specifically mentioned to the cooks exactly what I wanted, but the cooks seemed to fail.and ignore him. I asked for everything freshly made meaning hot well fries were very hot but for my fresh fish sammich was not and not even the cheese melted with the heat had to get up and say hey what happened it isn’t fresh it is preheated fish and you can tell because it becomes darker in the breading vs. Fresh, it’s a golden brown and HOT! so you can’t fool the client people. IYKYK. Another staff member named Claudia is very rude. A Hispanic lady was telling her she needed 2 small cones Mrs. Claudia hands her a large cone when the client Tries to communicate with her and Mrs Claudia didn’t ask for a translator either she just stood there till I told her the client said she wanted 2 small cones not a large one she gave attitude and mumble I can’t read minds bla bla but was very rude. Made me upset when she came back. I told her she said, “Oh yeah, I’m giving her this one 1st, then I’ll make the 2nd one.. I was like explaining to the customer she would return with another. She said they didn’t listen. I kept telling her, and she was just in a daze and didn’t get anyone to help me or her. I was like, “Wow, then the mgr, Connie.I told her that what is up? I come to this one, and everything is off, and I pointed out that Mrs. Claudia is some kind of special meaning rude. And her Connie the mgr. Said, ” I’m clocked out.” I was like… what? That being said, she didn’t call the next person in charge she was interacting with Claudia about her own order and getting it right because God forbid she gets it wrong. Yet everyone in line is waiting on good customer service, and the only one who did well was Mr. CODY. Aside from Connie and Claudia, they either need a coaching or a 101 on customer service. If you do not speak Spanish, which in this city is 98%, do learn it or get yourself a translator. As for management, you need to do better and not just walk away. That’s just poor service.

Wonderful and helpful employees work here… they suggested we use the McDonald’s app to help save money and offered to combine our order to apply ongoing deals. They are respectful and friendly… specifically Santiago and the manager, Forrest. Food came out quickly and fresh. Keep up the good work!

Hands down one of the best dine in experiences Valley wide. Highly recommend for travelers that need to sit down enjoy a fast meal & finish up any work you might have pending. Staff is extremely kind. & the owners are even kinder. The servant leadership culture is apparent at initial walk in. Love you guys

What we ordered was good but the sign was false advertisement. We ordered from the dollar value menu and nothing was a dollar. Signs need to be changed.
The drinks used to be $1.00 no matter the size, well not anymore which is ok but do not advertise it and not honor it. And yes I know prices have gone up so change the sign.
