You usually know what you’ll get when you order from McDonald’s right? I was in shock when I saw my breakfast sandwich…it even smelled burned. The egg looked as if it had been smashed and thrown back in the bun. So disappointed!

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but unfortunately, the service is consistently poor. Every time I visit, the staff rushes me through the ordering process. Even when I repeat my order back to confirm it, they simply nod or say “yes” to move to the next person without actually listening.

I understand that peak hours are busy, but it is unreasonable to pay for a meal and receive something completely different that I don’t enjoy. To make matters worse, the staff is very dismissive and stingy with condiments, which feels unnecessarily rude. This wasn’t a one-time mistake; it’s a pattern. I’ll be taking my business to a different location from now on.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed an order online, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told my order had already been given away to someone else. I never received my food, yet it was marked as completed.

What made the situation even worse was the response from management. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or make it right, the manager refused to help and said it “wasn’t his fault” because he had just walked in. That is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I don’t care who is on shift — the business should take responsibility and fix mistakes, not pass blame.

This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this location, which makes it even more frustrating. It feels like customers are being taken advantage of and left without their orders or their money. There is a serious lack of accountability and customer care here.

I would strongly caution others before ordering from this location. Based on my experience, there seems to be no system in place to protect customers when something goes wrong, and no willingness from staff to make things right.

I’m not a type of person to write reviews, But I feel like I should say this why is it every time I order something on the mobile app and receive my food there’s always something missing this has happened to me 4x time already and it’s getting me upset and there’s times where it’s genuinely dead but yet they still manage to forget my stuff please keep your employees in check because this is unacceptable customer service. The restaurant is good and usually the door dashing is good but tell me why the he’ll this door dasher took a whole 2 hours to deliver food but I didn’t even get the food cus he took so long it’s already midnight and freaking school and this guy or girl stayed at a damn house door dashing better freaking fix that

I’ve lived in elsa for 2 years and til this day this location never fails to make me not want to eat because of how dirty the restaurant is. What got me to even write this review was how I could clearly see how grimy and dirty the back is when I went to the drive-through, not only when I paid, but also when I received my food both areas left me not wanting to eat at all !

Always something wrong. I’ll visit Weslaco or Edinburg locations from now on. It’s worth it to get the order correct. The customer service is also terrible.
