This McDonald’s has a great location on University and Jackson Rd. The parking lot fills up at peak times as does the drive through. However, if you can get them, there are some parking spaces with good shade on the Jackson Road side.
When you enter, don’t expect anyone to greet you. They want you to use one of several kiosks to order your meal, but you can go to the counter and order there. I found the kiosks to be cumbersome if you want anything customized… you can do it, but it takes longer. The most friendly thing about this McDonald’s is the kiosk prompter.
I placed my order at the kiosk, but paid for UT at the counter, so I still had to wait my turn. The young lady who operated the register was efficient. She didn’t have a problem making change.
I don’t know how fast fast-food is supposed to be. Five minutes? Ten? After paying for one burger, I stood waiting for it to be fulfilled. Others who paid after me received their orders before me, but that’s not necessarily uncommon. According to the time stamp on my receipt, I waited 12 minutes. Is that fast or slow?
The good news is my order was made as I specified, was hit and fresh.
If you dine in, there are modern looking tables and chairs, a bar and stools, and some tables for children that even light up.
Overall, it’s a nice McDonald’s, but the service has room for improvement.

Friendly cashier was prompt to take order. Food preparation was quick. Atmosphere was good. Friendly employee Brandon Q. was very receptive, diligent to provide what was necessary. Greeting customers, hard worker from what I observed cleaning up. Surely should be noticed for his dedication to the Restaurant and Management.

I expected to recieve what i paid for not what they wanted to give. Asked for a large french vanilla extra cream extra caramel drizzle and extra whip. Giving it to me really dark and they said they would redo it. Looks like they just poured out coffee to add creamer and that was the end result. All sloppy and left disappointed wasnt going to complain again for what but i wont be buyin iced coffe from there. Plus it had not caramel drizzle like wth

Amazing. Wonderful. Magical. I went to this Mcdonalds, at 2:05am on 11/21/2025 and was BLESSED with FULL medium fries. I’ll confess this does NOT happen often but I am so overcome with joy that I had to come on here to share my euphoric experience. 10/10 for the girl at the window that went searched for ANY buffalo ranch for me (they didnt have any but i appreciate the attempt).

I ordered through mobile for curbside but there was no spots available. I then got in line for drive through and waited for the food getting home realizing and was not fresh . While I waited I saw they would send all the drive through orders to park curbside. Management needs to do a better job in running the operation.

Manager was very unprofessional, and unkind. I was here at around 12:30 and me and some of the other customers noticed how rude she was. The cashiers were very nice but the manager awful with her employees, super rude to them and customers!

You’d think ordering ahead of time would help but it definitely doesn’t! Better off waiting in the long line! I could wait outside an actual restaurant and probably get my families food faster. Bunch of BS!

Was told recently after waiting 45min, that if our curbside order didn’t come out in 15 min or less that we should go into long drive thru line and wait another 15 20 min so we can tell them they forgot our order. Or eliminate the whole purpose for curbside and get down, wait in line again and remind them they forgot our order. Wow. It’s it our fault it took an hour to get the cold order? Of course it is. Because we choose to give this place our valuable time and money.

Waited 30 mins in total for someone to answer the drive the speaker, mind you there wasn’t anyone in front or behind me,
I had to call and ask for the manager, to see if anyone was going to answer the drive through lane, which is ridiculous, the manager at night was very rude, so was the employee from drive through by the time they answered there was 8 cars behind me. Then I had to wait for my food which was another 10mins, after a long day this is the last thing I wanted to experience,
