Experienced poor quality food and service. Fries were dark and burned. The drive-thru server’s customer service skills were poor. I asked her if I could get a new fry. She told me they would come out the same due to something being wrong with the fryer. After receiving another poor quality fry, I asked for a refund and gave back all of the food that was purchased. She then asked if I was returning the kids toy I purchased as well. The lack of empathy from the employee was the worst part. I am okay with needing to go to a different McDonalds for my grandsons dinner. Now I have been waiting 30 minutes for a refund so we can go to another location.
Please teach the staff how to empathize with the customers.

During the time of living next to this location for the past 3 years it has been the worst experience from this chain. You rarely get food from the drive thru window and are sent doing a tight carousel through the parking lot feeding back into the very line you already waited in. We are usually missing things out of our order. And the amount of times ive been skipped in their drive thru because they dont know how to A B the 2 lanes properly is insane. This location needs a new GM, manager, assets, etc. I doubt this location would pass any kind of inspection this fast food chain expects from its day to day operations.
Haven’t gotten sick so giving 2 stars instead of 1.

If I could leave a negative star I would, Extremely disappointing experience. Service was poor, and employees were using personal cell phones instead of assisting customers. This reflects a lack of professionalism. I hope upper management addresses these issues promptly.

I always ask for extra onions. No McDonald’s will do it. Today I said, “Extra onions, like I’ll pay extra but throw like a guap on it (normally used in reference to money but works when explaining a large amount) & they got it! This is going to be my only McDonald’s from now on. Give them a raise! Oh & they were super nice to my handicap son & really went above & beyond. Great crew! So happy

Not all McDonald’s are created equal.

Aside from a younger guy running curbside, fries, taking orders, and actually providing service, the rest were basically walking around in circles avoiding contact as if to not actually do anything.

It took longer than most sit-down restaurants, which would have clean tables.

Wish I got the one guy’s name to give him a shout out, he’s the only one that had a clue.

This mcdonalds location seems to be more of a problem than any other location in cc. Wouldnt be surprised if it ends up getting closed down soon with how bad things are ran in there. Forgot my drink in the drive through then waited 20 minutes just for them to never come back out. I had to pull around and go inside bc the worker was too lazy to bring me my drink.

this mcdonald’s staff is always messing something up with your order! EVEN IF you order through the app. what REALLY tipped me over the edge is already waiting in their ridiculously slow line, (8minutes sitting at the speaker) they helped the car that pulled up AFTER me. They always went to pull cars, yet forget to put a couple sauce packets.

Did not get all of our order, missing chicken sandwich, one happy meal was supposed to have extra fries and no apple slices. Had to ask about the missing drink, and the drive thru workers were extremely rude.

Horrible service and wasn’t even busy( 3 cars in the drive thru… and only me and another worker inside) they were too worried about who likes cake vs brownies. I waited 40 minutes for 2 five dollar meals.. the manager kept yelling at the staff cause they weren’t listening. and they were super disrespectful… definitely not coming back if I can help it
