Not the worst, considering I’ve had other McDonald’s literally miss items I’ve ordered before. However, an excruciating amount of time before I got my order. Was there at night, at curbside, and no one was really going through the drive thru or inside. No reason why it should take anywhere near 30 mins to get a simple burger and fries. Why do people get jobs they’re unhappy at? Just because your life is sad and pathetic doesn’t mean you need to make other people’s lives miserable. You’re working at a McDonald’s, like what do you expect?? If you don’t like your job, QUIT!!

Worst service I’ve had in awhile. Ordered in drive-thru. Placed a simple order. Cashier repeated the wrong order at window, I corrected her politely, she repeated the wrong order again… then gave me the same wrong order even though I made it very clear what I ordered. Refused to make it right. And on top of that nonsense she overcharged me by inputting a more expensive menu item and removed items from it vs. charging me for the lower cost item priced without the extras. This person just did not care….at all. Now I won’t be back and I hope others see this post and consider taking their hard earned elsewhere.

Can not for the life of them get an ice vanilla latte right!!!!! On top of that you got to sit 20min just for them to retry to get it right. While you sit in the one waiting spot a watch others drive off where they’re lattes and coffees. This doesn’t happen just once every once in awhile. This is….every….single….time I come up to this place. Most off the time then hand me a coffee….not a latte at all! Get your stuff together or higher a smarter crew!!!!

This was the worst customer service ever had at McDonald’s. I was just passing by traveling at 3 am to try to get food to be on the road to get home. They told me it would 10 minutes wait to get my food but later on said that they were not serving it they were about to serve breakfast and I asked them how long I was going to take they say it was going to take 30 minutes to wait & I say that fine but later they can’t do it well I thought McDonald’s is 24 hours it’s a fast food chain & that’s the only fast food was open at that time on the highway. They need to fix the employee issues. that was the worst thing ever experienced I had 4 Hour drive back home starving. I didn’t get any food I will never stop by that place ever again if passing threw their town Those employees need to be fire.

i went in and ordered a pie, the cashier said he would put one in fresh and i watched him do it. then when i got my pie it was cold, i said something and the girl malina said she didn’t care it was cold and she handed out the fresh one to another customer.

Picked up lunch from this particular McDonalds today. After getting back to work and eating through my fries, I found something that made me come to complete stop and forced me to spit out the fry. I found a whole dead flying ant in my fries. This is disgusting!! I took a picture of the fries with the dead flying ant in it. I don’t think I’ll eat here again. I’ll take my business to McDonalds on 14th street. I’m currently trying to get in contact with this McDonalds to let them know that I found a whole dead insect in my food. How did they win best store awards for the time frames that they won? This is completely unacceptable!!
