I have yet to go here and have them get me everything I ordered. I usually go to the Mc Donald’s on Johnson it is way better. I received a Hamburger that was raw as you can see from the photo I added. I wasn’t about to take it back, I went to the front counter to order a mc chicken I figured it was already pre cooked. I sat at the front counter for 5 minutes I was the only customer. I here one of the many employees say who has register? I here another employee say I don’t know. I then stood there for another 5 minutes. I just walked away and went to sonic. I will never eat at this filthy disgusting just plain awful mc Donald’s again.

Disrespectful is the best way to sum up this McDonalds location employees.
They will always ask to park you to try to make their numbers look better. Its happened several times before, but today I was asked to park and wait for…1 McDouble. A single sandwich, not to mention the easiest and fastest sandwich that they can make.
Why is this a problem? I drive a big truck for work. The parking lot is very cramped and people never park in the spots straight. Having to back up after getting parked then becomes a huge pain where its a struggle to get out because the other customers that they didn’t park push past you and block you from leaving.
Its just plain disrespectful to treat customers this way. We are coming to McDonalds to use the drive thru. I did not select to do a pickup order in the parking lot or to go inside to get it. I chose the drive thru. What should be a quick stop becomes a long one not because they cant get the out, but because of poor management of the drive thru line.
To make it worse, if you look inside the window you can see groups of employees huddled around just chatting. Some are working and I dont want to make a bad impression of those people, but every single time I come here people are just chatting inside, while making customers go park and wait because they cant get it together. Again, disrespectful to every single customer that comes in there.
Today I got frustrated with this and ended up coming inside and getting a refund. To be fair to the person on the front counter, they had my order ready when I came inside, gave me a refund without a problem, and offered to let me have the sandwich for free.
BUT my food was ready by the time I had pulled around the building. Maybe and I mean maybe 10 seconds later. This is exactly what I’m talking about. They were trying to shave 10 seconds off their team times and are causing everyone in line to have to deal with the parking fiasco, for NOTHING. That is why this is so disrespectful. They would rather me pull in, then spend 10 minutes trying to back out safely than just wait the 5 seconds they needed to finish making my order. How is that fair or efficient?
Lastly, several of the employees have long fake nails that are unhygienic and unsafe to have in a restaurant. I dont know why this particular branch allows them, but no other McDonalds I’ve ever been to (or kitchen/restaurant for that matter) would let their employees have them and a quick google search shows that they are in fact not allowed by McDonalds corporate. Gross.

In from out of town for a funeral, brought kids for breakfast. Pleasantly surprised they have a play area for my 5 and 2 year old. Staff was awesome, bringing food and making sure we had what we needed. Followed up a couple of times to see if we needed anything extra and make sure kids were having fun. Wonderful experience, best ever at a McDonald’s.

Friendly service. Clean. Restrooms available. Hot food. Great tasting oatmeal with brown sugar, diced green apples and raisins. Hot coffee, hash browns, cold vanilla coffee. Order was correct. Sat outside in the warm sun even though inside dining available.

I went back to McDonald’s on E. Main St. in Alice, Texas, to buy the Tiny Tan Encore edition. Manager Melissa assisted us and was very apologetic about what happened last time. We had breakfast there, and the food was freshly cooked. I was also able to buy the four available toys. I truly appreciate her effort in looking for me and personally apologizing.

I do doordash and I go often to the 2 locations in Alice Texas. Yesterday I went to pick up an oder at night maybe around 10 or 11pm im not sure i just know it was the night crew/shift, and there was a big guy working he was fast but he was coughing and never moved away from the food. He moved away after he finished coughing. And just right now I went to the same mc donalds and there was only 2 girls and 1 boy. I took a picture of that boy doing nothing he was on his cell phone. And the picture I was able to take was him lyning against the shelfs and sipping on a soda. The one girl with glasses and curly hair and a cap was somewhere in a room back there. The white girl she was running around trying to get as much orders as she could. This was the night shift. Then finally that mexican girl comes out and never did she come to me and ask if I needed help or if someone had gotten me. Nothing. This is the worse mc donalds ever. They need workers/help. I’m very upset at how these employees give service!! There’s the picture you can see where he just chilling with his arm resting.

Was very disappointed with my order. I order a mcdouble without onions and it was old, the bread was falling apart. The fries was not fresh at all. I order a Coke light ice and I got lots of ice. I told the cashier at the second window and she was not listening to me so I took everything and drove off. I got there at 11:55am and they was not even busy.

All in all my order sucked. Fries were cold nuggets were old and mcrib was also something that had been there since Friday.
Pic is supposed be a medium fries. This was at 9pm with plenty of traffic to where things should of been fresh.
