I saw you were advertising $38,000 for new workers. In my day I got paid $26,000 for work that was harder than you can imagine and it had to be done right. 2 times in a row y’all have smoked me.

What is this? They didn’t even squeeze the mayo onto the sandwich. They just kinda rubbed the tip or something. Then just a pinch of lettuce? The chicken is dry as well. I know the McChicken is one of the cheapest items on the menu, but there was not even a fraction of effort put into this sandwich.

I ordered a home style burger and could not stomach it. It tasted like a whole container of salt and pepper had dropped on it. It wasn’t even edible. $9 for a meal before tax and this is what you get. Whoever cooked this burger clearly hates their job.

I usually just get the English muffin with cheese and sausage. I’m really never disappointed with them. But the service, if you hate your job that much then get off your butt and get a better one, but don’t be rude in the drive thru, I said please and thank you and I got a grunt at best in return. I know people have problems in their life, but leave it at home or stay home.

If I could rate a zero I would. We came in for a quick breakfast, the order was wrong- politely let them know- 20 minutes later the order hasn’t been corrected and the manager was in the bathroom the whole time. The young employees are rude, cussing up a storm within ear shot, and have no understanding of customer service, not even the minimal expected from a fast food service restaurant. The managers need to do better. Left with a refund and them finally holding the food in their hands.

Service was friendly and fast, staff went out of their way to make sure the order was correct, the only negative was we only received two game pieces for our order for the Monopoly game when all six items we ordered we’re supposed to come with pieces.. The manager explained to me that the only pieces they had left in the store were the two that they gave us.
Still frustrated because the only reason I ordered those specific items was because they were supposed to come with game pieces otherwise I would have ordered completely different.

This McDonalds has to be the worst. No management. No customer service. Poor attitudes on every employee. Yes fast food, even worse food quality. I didn’t even return to get my food corrected, simply went to another McDonalds that delivers 5 stars on every measurable review. Will not be returning to this McDonalds.

Pulled up to get an order at the drive thru (mind you that there are no other cars) ask the lady to give me a moment to look over them menu & she proceeds to hurry me up.
After I pay for my order she slams the glass door on me. Doesn’t tell me to wait or drive up since every McDonald’s is different. Then a gentleman gives me my food & I calmly ask him for some dipping sauce & the looked he gave me made it seem as if I was ruining his night & proceeds to THROW the sauces into the bag not even looking & slams the door again.
I’m really you may not like your job, but I was kind & didn’t react negatively. This is no way to treat customers especially when there are no other cars in the drive thru

The entire monopoly period. I was having a good time, barly and wait time, but the last week and a half the service dragged and took forever. I was waiting 20 minutes for 3 small items. And once they almost gave me someone else’s meal by mistake and another time there was a hair in my food and I wanted to spit it out but lucky me got no napkins in the bag. They were good about that before, what happened.
Update: went to get some nuggets today.
And for whatever reason, the employees don’t know which order was mine and tell me someone else’s order so when I tell them what it was they keep looking at their pos and still dont see where it is, when I tell them its a mobile order they then close the window again and at this point im like wondering if the person is new, then, when they say they have it, they tell me to pull up, I then ask for a receipt, And they have me wait almost another five minutes just for a receipt. I dont know what was wrong but after I finally got it the slim looking guy at the window handed me the food and then I asked for more napkins, which he gave me, then I was missing my sauce, I was waving to get his attention the he turned his back at the window and leaned against it, after he walked away 2 more times he finally noticed me and I told him it was the buffalo ranch and he went and got spicy buffalo which wasnt what I ordered. Wave him down again then in I show him the receipt and then he finally got the right sauce. Im of having something go wrong everytime I order, its become more frequent than before. It genuinely left me upset.

I just can’t believe no more, get your own refills. Not to mention the lack of human interaction. I feel like it’s already being made by robots. Robots that can fill the recipe printer.
