I ordered a sausage mcmuffin and it came with no sausage! Haha! The cashier noticed it and adjusted the order and I was still served a sausage-less muffin, even after they made the adjustment at the pick-up window.

On the day I went through their almost infinite drive through they had the audacity to serve VERY Old Fries and idc how short staffed you are you don’t throw a fish sandwich in the box like that! I was shocked to see my fish sandwich served in this manner and sad to say their employees never look happy it’s no wonder you see new faces all tsb time says allot about their management shame on them!

10 minutes in drive through with 4 cars in the line before even getting to speaker. Went inside and they make you use the kiosk. 15 more minute wait for 1 mc muffin. Don’t waste your time here

If you actually get your order, the food is usually pretty decent!
But the orders are almost ALWAYS wrong and unless you unwrap everything before driving away, you are stuck with it.
Also, for a fast food place … they always make you wait. And sometimes I have waited (no kidding) up to 15 minutes. I have actually had to call the restaurant from the waiting area and remind them I was there.
I have called the location on multiple occasions and management is always apologetic and offers the next meal free (I always decline). But honestly, things never really change. They have an excellent location so they get plenty of business (and too much of my own return business for how bad they are). So they just don’t care. I will start to take the trip across the highway to WhatABurger (which I don’t care for) but at least they seem to care and get a simple order correct.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Came at night and there were 4 people in the drive thru and 6 inside. One guy had waited for 45 minutes for a drink and Fryes. 40 min wait and had to cancel the order. The kids working there said they had bag orders and when asked about the order we were told if we stopped asking it would be faster. Don’t waste your time it’s the farthest from fast food we’ve ever been to.

They’re not very efficient, they’re slow, and the order is wrong somewhat often. This last time I ordered a blue raspberry icee and the holiday pies and they gave me Dr pepper icee and apple pies which is not what I ordered. I tried to complain on the app, and nothing was done. Basically any other fast food place has better service than this place.

We’ve been here multiple times and always thru the drive thru. Today, we actually ate inside for lunch. Today, the food was pretty good. Previously, it was ok to good, occasional messed up orders. Regardless, we will continue to come back.
