Came here today and the service was fast and friendly, which was awesome. The inside of the place was really clean too, which is always a plus. I liked that they had self-kiosk service, it made ordering a breeze. Unfortunately, the chicken burger I got was a bit of a letdown because it was definitely overcooked. I let the worker know and they gave another one but that one was also overcooked. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

I never go to McDonald’s anymore but the one time I decided to go through the drive thru, their shake machine was down at 8 pm and they didn’t give me extra cheese. They also put me in a parking spot on the other side of the building. Took 10 minutes to get “fast food.” Called and told them what happened and they told me to bring the burger back to get it replaced. I’m already home and settled after my 13 hour work day. This is why I don’t go here.

The food and service were ok. They didn’t have any problem giving me any extra condiments for my pancakes and biscuit. The only problem that I saw was that some of the tables needed to be wiped down from the previous customers. But who knows, they could have just left right before I got there.

Ordered through DoorDash and didn’t recieve half of my items. 30$ order. Called the restaraunt and explained what happened and the manager Joanna was rude and uncooperative. She didn’t care that her employees didn’t give me the items that I paid for and refused to give me my items, even though I had my receipt. She said that we had to go through DoorDash to fix it, which I understand, but DoorDash didn’t help us either. What I don’t understand is why they can’t just give me the food I paid for. You have it at the restaraunt and it’s paid for. But whatever, some people don’t have great management skills. Learn to hire managers who will work with the customer. Poor customer service and will not be going back here. DO NOT order from here. Edit: I went to another location and asked if they could help. They didn’t hesitate at all to give me my basket of fries and sauce when they weren’t even the ones who messed it up. Now I know the manager straight up lied to me. Disappointing

Just want to be clear- the 5 star service is specifically aimed at the employee Faith who was incredibly sweet and helpful towards my family and I.
My complaint is seeing how the rest of the staff treats her. Upon walking in, Faith was holding the door for us and our car seat and one of the managers told her “stop bothering the people and clean the lobby” which made my husband and I feel very uncomfortable.
Then while our son played in the playroom, I saw her try to make friendly conversation with two coworkers who ignored her.

Your company hiring an employee with special needs is very honorable, however your employees not treating her with basic human respect is not.

If I have to call the ACOSTAS EVERYDAY TO FIX THEIR RESURRANT I WILL!!

I ordered my breakfast through the app with more than 10 minutes before breakfast ended. I order, it charges my card, and I start to drive down the street to get my order. I pull up within a few minutes of ordered but before breakfast ends. I tell the speaker box i have a pink up and immediately the worker taking orders is rude and tells me to pull forward. I pull up and she very angrily tells me she can’t do breakfast because it’s over. I said oh but I ordered it before I got here and I tried to show the receipt but she yells at me to wait, slams the window, and starts screaming that I’m not listening. I have no idea what’s going on but she’s yelling in the window about me and my order when finally a manager comes up and asks what’s going on. I said, I don’t know I had placed a to go order for breakfast in the app, I came here, was told to pull up the lady yelled at me and told me I couldn’t have it even though I already paid for it and it was still within breakfast time when I drove up.

She asked to see my order, I show it to her , she apologizes and says we’ll have your order shortly. I pull forward get my drink, she apologizes again and ask me to park. I park and within 6-10 minutes I had my order.

Went to order lunch in the drive thru at 10:27am. They refused to take my order saying they aren’t not allowed to until 10:30am. I used to work for McDonald’s I know they start making lunch products at 10:20am so they will be ready for the lunch rush. I feel this was totally bull. I was will to pay and wait for the menu to switch over.

Employees are rude and do no care. Don’t order for curbside. No one ever comes out. When you go in your cold food is just sitting there and they’re expect you to happily take the cold food. Don’t order for drive through. Because if you get there and there’s 20 cars in the drive through you can’t go in and get your single order of fries. They tell you you MUST go wait in line. Even though your order is ready and sitting there getting cold. They truly are the worst McDonald’s in the whole city

The worst in the whole city. One time I got home and found a hair in my food. I called and they were very rude to me, argued with me about the fact that there was a hair in my food, and told me I must bring the burger with the hair still in it to the manager so she could look at the hair and see if it looked like one of her employees. The hair that was literally coming out of the middle of my burger patty. They don’t care here. They hate their customers

Chick fil a doesn’t give me a hassle. Especially this mananager or owner are very greedy with the sauces and litttle attitude. 20 nuggets has to feed a family and we need at least 2 sauces for a family if 3 please
