As my local neighborhood McDonald’s, I’m always pleased that this location runs very efficiently even if the lines seem quite long. The food quality is usually pretty good and I’ve never gone and things have been out of stock or not available like another location. The building on the interior and exterior is well-maintained, but given the proximity to the underpass bridge, there are often a lot of homeless people in the vicinity, but don’t be turned off by this. If you are looking for a good McDonald’s franchise to go to, this is a decent choice.

The problem at this location is management. They’re simply not paying attention to their orders. When customers ask them to fix the problem, the managers on duty simply ask their employees to make another order and dish it out to the customer, but the manager does not check the order him or herself. The obvious result is another bad order. The management at this location simply tells the customer, “Sorry you had a bad experience,” and that’s all. He/She shuts down communication and does not follow up with the customer to make sure a good customer service is provided. We ordered a Big Mac combo and received a 10 piece nuggets with fries and a drink. When we requested the order to be corrected, a cold treatment is given to you by managers as if you did something wrong and the managers go back to keep working in the kitchen. The obvious result was that the second order came out wrong again. Our conclusion is that workers are, in fact, doing whatever they want, and management is simply overwhelmed with so much work and understaffed. Zero stars this time, and we do NOT recommend this location. Don’t waste your time and money.

Staff was sooo kind. All staff was welcoming and kind. Okay place was nice and modern. AC does not reach this the playground area so it smelled very musty and was humid.. Good amount of tables and dining area. Parking is limited.

The cashier drive-thru lady working today 7/3/23 at 5:30pm (hair in bun, hat, kind of heavy-set, glasses) in a mood. No smile, no hello, I said thank you, no welcome reply, no eye contact. Just flat. Almost made me cancel my order and go somewhere else. I know you were trained better than that. I also understand that people go through things but you gotta leave that at the door. Not good customer service.

Went in the drive thru this morning….it was packed (as always) The line was very long, however, it moved extremely fast for as busy as it was. I was only in line from the end of line to food in hand for 5 mins. That is wicked fast for McDs. Y’all been taking pro tips from “Eat More Chkn” down the street. Fantastic job y’all. I’ve always had a great experience at this location. That morning crew today rocks!!

Food was fair. Service was not all that good. Atmosphere was awful!!! Supposed to be a family place for kids to ear and play but instead kids and adults are distracted with tweekers coming in and out all high to the point they can’t even stand up. Kids should not have yo see this amf McDonald’s literally turns a blind eye to it and allows the tweekers to come in showing this ugly side of society! But yet if someone walks in with a beer you know they’re gonna ask that person to leave. Very disappointed in MCDONALD’S

I use the McDonalds app to order my food, my order is always correct and made fast and fresh. Never have to wait long to get it, the staff is very friendly giving it a good atmosphere appearance.
