If you want good food and good service go to CFA. I can’t believe I spent $10 dollars to get horrible food. Only a couple of customers and I still waited on the side to get the wrong order. Then I waited again to just get a hard bagel, greasy hash brown and. Cold coffee. Customer service is just horrible. Very unprofessional. Not one employee looks happy. Never again

If this wasn’t halfway home there is no way I would stop by here fast food. I think we need to change the definition to exclude McDonald’s. Which there pricing and wait times it’s become there very own meme. is cheaper when it comes to burgers and fries. I waited 20 min and I ordered nuggets and burgers for my kids and it look like trash when I received it. It took 25 minutes with order and delivery pulling into spot number 5 to wait. Why do we wait every time I seem to order at McDonald’s now did they forget how to make food and place in a bag. Your not supposed to just toss it. Half the burger was outside the wrapper.

I’m not surprised at this place has 3.5 Stars it should actually probably have less. People are too busy chit-chatting and having fun instead of trying to take care of what they need to when I was at the register the lady was having too much problems and trying to chit chat with her buddies trying to leave and she couldn’t get my change right or my order. And then come to find out if you order a large water even though you have it on your receipt they will not give you a large water. Even though it is on your receipt. And I went to the cash register and I paid. And this was not told to me until I went to ask for my water.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. WORSE MCDONALD’S EVER. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM Zero CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went on Sunday 1/11/2026 at 950am . I ordered 2 oatmeals , 2 sausage mcmuffins. I was told to pull into space 3 which i did . No worries. I am waiting 15 mins i see many cars leaving next to me and gng through the drive through and I’m still parked there. The girl who told me to pull into space 3 goes to the car next to me to give that car their order, but she didn’t say hey ma’am you’ve been here for more than 5 mins we will bring out your order shortly. I had to go inside to ask abt my order. The manager asks the drive thru girl about and she says “oh yes we are out of oatmeal cups i don’t know where to make her oatmeal in”. If she knew that why didnt she tell me about it when she gave the car next to mine their order? She could have said hello we have no oatmeal cups. Can I give u a refund or do you want another item? The manager asked me if she could make my oatmeal in coffee cups and I agreed. I waited they didnt offer anything free or anything for my wasted time. Not even an apology . I told them they could have communicated with me instead left me there for 15 mins plus minutes . I was mad..I was late to work. My food cold.

The worse service ever. My mom and daughter both got food poisoning.My mom got the fish filet meal my daughter got a cheeseburger happy meal and they both been up since 11:00 pm last night throwing up and going to the bathroom.I doing recommend this location.I called to let them know however they cook their food something wasn’t right. We went around 7:30 pm.We will not ever return.I pray my mom and daughter get better.

It is a basic McDonald’s experience. When you order a mcflurry they do it by hand with a spoon. The staff is often rude and abrasive towards pretty much all customers. I have sat inside and ate more then once and heard them making fun of the customers openly. This time I order a hot n spicy with my points so it’s free. They gave me a old, very greasy and soggy one. It is clear they don’t value the customers at all. They don’t open the door till 7am instead of 6 as posted more often then not. When I asked they said it is just how it is. I have had managers upset i have gotten my order before as well as them loudly mad the door did not get locked letting a customer inside.

While I doubt this review will have any effect, I still feel compelled to write it. I arrived at 10:25, and in the middle of placing my order, I saw the menu switch from breakfast to lunch, making my order no longer available. I was told that breakfast was no longer being served.
I was confused because I arrived before the change occurred, and the breakfast menu was still displayed. I could also see that my order had already been entered. Despite this, I was told there was nothing they could do.
While one customer choosing not to return may not have any impact on this location, I feel that the lack of time management and accommodation for customer orders was subpar. I would recommend going to other fast-food locations instead of this one.

Boy I was having a bad night . My order was wrong after waiting 10 minutes. I didn’t find out until I drove home they only gave me a bag full of fries . However the Manager on duty Corey was amazing . Very polite , and understanding , and overall excellent customer service . I would personally like to thank Corey for making my night a better one !

They make you wait so long cars are over heating. I ordered 2 chickens and it seriously requires 5 cars to be pulled up and 5+ min to serve? The workers working the drive thru and kitchen on February 27th 2026 at 2pm are beyond horrible employees . Go to Whataburger and don’t risk your time and money at this McDonald’s .
