Everything was dirty , as I was getting my drink I noticed this ugly sticky things stuck on the soda machine as if the drinks machine have not been cleaned . Fry machine very dirty fries all over the floor , when I was asking what can we do about this they had nothing to say other than they were short-handed I would like to get reached back out about this by corporate because I know corporate does read these reviews.. please and thank you m food was cold. One of the worst McDonald s one of the worst customer servis ever. I made order it did send me receipt. It showed up in my bank. I guess they had some issue with connection they started telling me it was canceled but i had no email about cancellation. Lady wanted see my bank account that i made transaction even with me showing an email with receipt that i paid she tried grab my phone when i said no cause this lady dont need my bank account information. She was fighting with me and arguing over two hashbrowns their servis is just horrible if you dont want work there then dont and instead apology for inconvenience had her telling me shit. It s not my faukt your app doesnt work right talk to your corporate even if order was canceled without me knowing she could of offer any other solution or say ok can still try order or anything instead she wasnt doing nothing started ignoring me till another manager showed up and figure out whole order. But she wasnt i didnt recieve any canceletion email anything even of they cancel it it s not my fault for their issue

The most dirtiest, disgusting, disrespectful, McDonald’s, and all the San Antonio. Sloppy food. Sloppy workers. Management is trash. Can’t even proved a dam water cup for a paying customer to take their medicine. Cheap company. Makes millions but can’t give water!!!

The only thing good about this McDonald’s is the location. It is in kind of a cool building with nice views of Alamo Square and downtown San Antonio. The issue is like many other McDonald’s the service is lethargic almost like they are aggravated that they have customers. Use the mobile app so your dealing with the staff is as minimal as possible and you will be fine. Kind of a hard location to see until you get to it just because of the location. Food was okay, location is great. . . lots to walk and see from here including The Alamo!

Food is great the fries still tasted good even after a couple of hours!! You can earn free Fries from points and rewards in their app but only through their app!! Great for families highly recommend at One Alamo in the heart of San Antonio,Texas!! Right downtown near parks!! Cyote Ugly just like the movie is just down the street!! I should not be the one that has to clean my own table. When at the counter no one would look my way or help me in any way. And when I ordered my food with condiments, there weren’t any with my order. I went to ask for some sweet and sour and they said I had to pay for something I had already paid for.
There are areas that are closed even though there are many people in the restaurant. Plus the way that the floor is dirty like it has not been cleaned for a few days is not very good.
I do not recommend this place if you want to find a decent place to eat at. It is not worth your money

I come here almost EVERYDAY and never really have an issue but lastnight I was beyond past off with how the night manager was. I had my 3 children and there was NOWHERE to sit for us when I asked the manager if we could sit upstairs cause their were no table he flat out said NO! When I asked where we could sit he shrugged his shoulders and said find a spot or we can go outside! Mind you there ate NO tables or chairs outside! He was very rude even the employee who heard him say it stayed quiet! This is not the first time this manager has been rude at all in the past I’ve let itslide out to have the nerve and tell me and my kids we could sit outside was beyond my breaking point smh! When we left i called to ask for his name and he said he dont give his name over the phone that his name is on his name tag I could go back in and read his shirt!

The night manager johnathan/julian whatever his name is,is Very rude he looks like he don’t even want to be there when hes asked question he gives attitude and turns away! I’ve never had issues with any of the managers at any of the stores we been to but this one manager is beyond upsetting!! I will be calling hr and reporting him as well smh if you don’t like your job get a different one
