I get it’s barely open, but they forget to pack a fry.. then I get home to see this is the amount of fries they give out. This was all of our orders btw. Thought it would be great to stop by this location since its closer. Now I know why everyone says to aviod it. Get it together.

We’ve been to the new McDonald’s location twice now, and both visits have been a great experience. The service was fast and very friendly each time.
Tonight, there was a young gentleman working the front area. We didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he was new. He was extremely helpful, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed.
Very impressed with the service at this new location. We will definitely be back!

This location has been barley opened for maybe 2 months and I wanted to test this location. Since the frappe machine in seguin off of I-10 has been broken now for nearly a year, I wanted to see if this location had a working one. Long behold at this new location they said it was broken. The burger was thrown together cheese and patty half put together. No pride.

I was waiting for an order, and I was waiting for a long time. Many of the employees were passing by me and talking with other employees that were on break. I heard that some other customer was complaining waiting for their order for over 40 minutes. They were nice people just didn’t like the fact that many of them were playing around, and not working on the orders.

I have been to this location several different times, at different times of the day and they still take 30 minutes plus to get you your food. This location seriously needs some help. I will say I will not be spending my money there again, ever!!
