This is a recently renovated McDonald’s. It looks great inside. Everything fresh and new.
Unfortunately, it was hard to find a clean table. No one came to the registry even if you called out to them. They burned the bun and meat of the deluxe chicken sandwich and served it anyway.
Great potential here.

This location was so busy. The youngest member was sent out to deliver the orders. People were mostly calm, but all were upset with her wait. All tables were dirty and the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. As we were waiting for our food, a staff member came and sat in the lobby??? I understand people need breaks, but this was not cool

Manager and drive thru window attendant were pissed off because I didn’t want to pull forward due to no one being behind me. I’ve worked fast food and know it’s to keep their order times low, however if no one is there, shouldn’t take that long. Upon receiving my food there was a hole poked through my bun(initially laughed cause sadly I expected something). Messing with my food is one thing, but when you deliberately mess with a KIDS happy meal that crosses the line. There was a ketchup package opened intentionally and squirted into the bottom of the box. Management and staff would be ashamed of themselves to stoop to such a low level, all because one didn’t want nor need to pull forward.

I pulled up to the drive thru & ordered a value meal, with coffee & an extra hash brown. They asked if I wanted to round up & I said yes. I paid at the window, said I didn’t need my receipt & pulled up to the window only to be handed coffee with a bag that had 1 hash brown. I sat there until she realized I wasn’t leaving & told her what I ordered and of course I didn’t have the receipt. They came back & said that’s all I ordered. So I paid for the breakfast sandwich, waited for it & then she hands it to me. I said I still need the 2 hashbrowns. I was asked to pull up to the 3rd window to wait. He handed it to me & I asked for ketchup. He walks off irritated & I hear them with raised voices & the girl saying loudly “I asked her if she wanted some & she said no”. They left that window open for me to hear. First of all the whole situation was frustrating, it wasn’t a complex order & absolutely horrible customer service. I’ll think twice about coming back & I rarely eat fast food but was running late this morning.

The atmosphere here is incredibly striking the moment you walk in — you can instantly feel the welcoming energy and warm aura of the staff. Coming from a smaller city, I was genuinely impressed by how much care and enthusiasm everyone here puts into their work. This location goes above and beyond; it’s a clear reflection of a team that truly takes pride in what they do.
A huge thank-you to Vanessa de Melo for leading the reviews forward and setting such a great tone with her professionalism, to Adriana for her excellent performance and her persuasive charm (she convinced me to get two apple pies instead of one ), and to Kayla for her sweet, compassionate energy that makes the whole place feel friendly and genuine.

It’s rare to find this level of service and kindness in fast food — this McDonald’s truly stands out as one of the best I’ve ever visited.

I’m honestly shocked at how consistently terrible this McDonald’s is. Every single time I come here, something goes wrong. It’s never just one mistake — it’s every visit. My orders are missing sauces, missing sandwiches, or the food is made wrong. It doesn’t matter how simple the order is, they still manage to mess it up.
The drive-thru speaker barely works, so half the time they can’t even hear me. And instead of trying to communicate, the employees rush through the interaction with zero effort, zero tone, and zero interest in the customer. It feels like I’m talking to people who don’t want to be there and don’t care about doing even the basics of their job.
The speed is just as bad. Even when I walk inside and order something simple, it takes at least 20 minutes. For a “fast food” place, this location runs slower than a sit-down restaurant, and the quality is worse. Staff bring food out with no greeting, no confirmation, no customer service at all — just shoving the bag toward you and walking away. Half the time, it isn’t even the right order.
This location is by far one of the most disorganized and unprofessional McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is slow, the employees are careless, and the mistakes are constant. Management seriously needs to step in, because the way this place operates right now is unacceptable.

Adriana the manager does not know how to park cars or talk to customers. Do not ever let them park you. They will forget about you then say all the meals are made to order even though the entire drive through was in and out in minutes. Pendeja guay!

Hands down, the most incompetent personnel or management I’ve ever seen. They’ll leave you waiting for minutes before the answer the drive through despite there being no customers.
Always getting the order wrong or taking extremely long for standard orders. Just now, I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and they hand me a COLD McGriddle.
This type of stupidity is a daily. Avoid this location. Their new manager must be Nico Harrison

Terrible Customer Service. If you run out of items for a limited time meal, you should let your customers know that instead of charging them the up charge and not saying anything. Very disappointed, also couldn’t get a refund or anything since they ran out of printing paper for receipts.
