Food was cold and we are like 10 minutes away, fries were hard couldn’t eat them, Nuggets tasted weird. Only good thing was diet coke and grinch socks, 2 meals horrible won’t get food again, tried to do review on line site kept having issues. Ate maybe 10 fries out of 3 large fries were so hard.

This is one of my favorite locations because they make the fries perfectly cooked IMO. LOL! My kids enjoy the little playscape inside the restaurant. Many McDonalds around us do not have the playscapes anymore, but this location does so its a nice escape when the kids want to play if the weather isn’t great.

Was so upset trying to decide where to eat wanted to play the monopoly had played before had monopoly pieces on the big mac drinks and nuggets on the advertised monoply pictued big mac meal deal in drive thru. Of everything only 1 thing had monopoly piece on it! spent all that money from their advertiments and only had 1 monopoly piece such a disappointment

Victoria is awesome! She brought our order right to us twice without us even placing it for table service, AND everything was very fresh and delicious! Definitely going to return to this location when I’m in the area. There’s a very lovely park just nearby.
I also love the architecture and layout in here! There’s a cool little nook area to eat in the play place room, and they have some of those neat glowing tables that are pressure sensitive, plus some tables with tablets and games for kids. Very nice place!

This place would be the only convenient fast food that is available when im on this side of town . They have a horrible operating system especially in the morning and early afternoon. If you go in the lobby goodluck if you may need or want anything with your order such as napkins, condiments etc. The front desk person is never around seems to always be in the kitchen or in the back somewhere. I hear people constantly saying multiple times “excuse me” before someone walks out to assist a customer. Once they do they bolt back again and don’t even make an effort to continue to keep an eye on the front . The lobby seems to have dirty tables most of the time even when not busy . The bathrooms seem to only be swept and TP replaced. The customer service is as expected with how they operate ..which is usually rude or as if they are bothered with having to do their jobs. Also in the lobby they have flies so I can only imagine the kitchen .. this is Definitely the last time I come here now that ive been 3 times into the lobby and have had the same experience some worse than others .. id rather go out of the way then go and have cold food, wait 10 min to ask for napkins and or to be acknowledged after repeatedly saying excuse me can I get some service and on top of that deal with an attitude when needing service .

It always takes them forever to even take a mobile order code. Most times I come here the wait time is over 30 minutes. This is supposed to be FAST FOOD. Do not come here if you are in a hurry, expect long wait times and cold food.

Every morning when I go into work I try to order here. No one answers, or they cancel my order, or the system is down. Its just one thing after another. 12.18.25 There was 4 to 5 vehicles in line or circling the location waiting for someone to answer or let us know the status of our online drive thru orders. No answer, no customer service, no food, just the blue collar class going into work late and with no food. I will not eat at this location again.
