So I had boycotted McDonald’s years ago, never liked the food, except maybe the chocolate chip cookies… I had a hankering for a Big Mac, so after years of not eating there I made an order…I for a moment thought that maybe? Just maybe they had gotten better in all the years I had avoided them…To my disappointment and not being surprised, I found that they have actually become worse…. How does this franchise stay in business? The food is way worse than before, it has no flavor, it’s mayo doesn’t taste like mayo but some weird version of mayo gross! the “meat” NOT…flavorless…I hope people will stop eating their food, it is disgusting… what a waste of money….

I am not one to leave a bad review but this store constantly messes up my order and leaves out food. I don’t always have time to check everything when making big orders like I do. And this happens to be closest option for my kids fav. That being said 9/10 my order is wrong and then they have phone off hook so no one can call an talk to manager. Kiosk Worked on this Visit
Employee (Oliver) was Helpful on printing Receipt, which Kiosk did NOT…
but here’s where points got lost;
NO TRAYS for Dine-In [yet, I saw one Customer had one, but 3 other Patrons did not]
*McRib Season: Bun (chewy), ….stale
Special Order requests via Kiosk were accurate,
ESPECIALLY the Fries, NO Salt
so, Franchisee;
Why ??
don’t fall victim to the Walmart-Way of doing Business,
where Your Consumer’s come to You because Your only Viable option at the moment, but You compromise Your overall Delivery of Service
because, when Your #’s dip,
or Your scrutinized for straying from Your Expected Level of Customer Service,
……that doesn’t happen overnight,
& it’s a Direct Reflection of Upper Management…..

Slowest McDonalds I have ever been too. It is a shame. 20 minutes in the drive through for 5 cars. Make it make sense. No longer classifies as fast food.

I had the worst experience with fast food service here. I went to the drive thru and was placing my order and I didn’t even get to finish it. I got told to “pull forward because I have to help the car behind you”. I wasn’t staring at the menu, the guy didn’t let me finish ordering before saying that and then he was all was that it…after he said that to me. I wasn’t talking like I didn’t know what I wanted…he just acted like he hated his job. There was one other car in the drive-thru besides me. I then go to the window to pay and my app saved a wrong item from a previous visit…I wasn’t even at the window for 45 seconds and he said well I’m just going to have you pull up. I cancelled my order because I didn’t want to deal with him. If you want to feel like an inconvenience, come here.

Just don’t. They can’t even make one of their staples correctly. They also just continue reheating old meat so they’re black and hard by the time you get your order at night.

This place is a waste of time. Don’t even come here. They take forever on your food and once you end up getting it it’s all wrong. They never have enough people that are working.
