Why does drive thru get priority!? I’m a customer ordering inside, I can see and hear a similar order as I ordered go out first. As I’m waiting for my food. The main problem is the frappes I order one and have to wait when I can hear them calling out frappe orders for the drive thru and I’m waiting at least 5 minutes until no more frappe orders for the driver thru. That is totally unacceptable. Should be first come first serve not drive thru then when we get a chance you’ll get yours.

Food didn’t come out together and when the food did come out it was cold. Seems as though it was already made but due to lack of communication it stayed in a spot longer than it needed. Unnecessary attitude from the person taking orders down seems like a regular thing here, with the rare exception of a few who don’t just side eye you or ignore you and make faces. Restroom was filthy which is usually the case, there should be no reason for no one to check periodically but instead it seems urine on the floor is part of the decor. There should be no reason for me to wait more than 20 minutes for a McFlurry but if I give the benefit of the doubt I at least expect the ice cream to not come half melted.

It’s easily the dirtiest, most disorganized disaster in pearsall. Watched a young lady sweep up some trash, turn to dump it, miss the trash can… shrug and kick it out of her way. There’s food everywhere on the floor, employees eating and drinking in food preparation areas, food that should be under refrigeration just sitting out on counters. A whole lot of gross health violations that probably should be reported.
No one seemed to be working together or on the same task, no one was working any one station it was all just a free for all, this resulted in 40-45 minute wait times for even simple orders. Everyone in line appeared frustrated. The back room seating area was extremely dirty, food and trash on the floor, drinks spilled across tables, and all the trashcans overflowing.
Have some self-respect and eat somewhere else.

Customer service is terrible, management and employees are not on the same page. I came for a DoorDash order. Lobby was closed but another customer was able to get order through the lobby door I was next and the lady employee told me I’d need to go through the drive through I asked why the other employee didn’t tell me that due to helping out the customer before me. So I go through the drive through for my order and the guy on the speaker told me I’d needed to come to the lobby. This is a total inconvenience for us dashes and a totally waste of our time. After getting my order finally I spoke to the management and all I was told well I can give you the order. Take a look at the line … and tell me this is not okay. My poor customer

Location is always clean and tidy. The only issue I have is trying to figure out how to use the app for dine-in when you have points to use. Site is no really user friendly for this old guy. Counter person was not familiar with app, unable to assist.
