I have cut down on eating this stuff and only eat it once or twice a month but this will be my last time eating at this location. All kids running the show. No efficiency or sense of urgency. Food was old and stale. I threw half of it away. I’d be embarrassed to serve anyone the old, stale food I received. Didn’t bother complaining, there’s nothing they can say. It is unacceptable. However, served as a reminder to not eat this garbage, no matter how convenient.

This Mcdonalds needs adults to run it at least responsible ones. Its always something with this McDonald’s if its not missing food or food quality or quantity in fries. Or they make you park on a curbsibe spot when you order through the app and have to wait more than 15 minutes and the staff seems to get a kick out of it if you make a face because they ask for you to park on a curbside spot. I have called to complain to the manager several occasions but its sad how these youngsters dont take the job serious.

McDonald’s MANAGEMENT do better this is ridiculous,,,, order a small coffe and once handed i said can you change it this is just milk!!!! The guy went back in like to ask idk who come back an says yeah its correct its 5 pumps of milk for the medium im said uhhh its a small his face reaction was priceless like he didnt know what he was looking at just said uuuummmmmm that said it all!!!! Not blaming him but the poor training…..

This has to be the worst Mcds Ive ever been to, the closing team is unprofessional just talking and talking amongst themselves ignoring customers. These people definitely need training asap. It looks dirty because nobody cleans, you have to clean your own tables.

Place is dirty, drink dispenser is all stained, employees are unprofessional. They dont accept $20 bills since they dont have $1 bills. So if ur going take change!!! Makes u loose alot of time been waiting 20 mins til finally an employee notices us.

my experience at McDonald’s was terrible due to a worker named Rudy. he was ignoring my order and took over 20 minutes just to make two medium frapes, it was to the point A young lady in White had to come and finish off the frapes. terrible service overall. and to mention there where no other orders.

Worst mcdonald’s i ever been too, I have gotten there earlier than all of the rest of the customers and ordered before. One by one they got their order and I only order a 10 piece meal and meanwhile everyone was getting bundles. I tried to speak up to a worker , “ma’am we been waiting here for a long time, is My meal done?” And the Manager came in My Convo and was very rude. She was yelling at me, she asked if I wanted a refund, very rude, and i toke it. She should be fired cause she doesn’t deverse to be manager if she literally rude at her customers. Never going again unless she fired, one star.

They have great customer service. The manager which I believe is the lady in white shirt, pays close attention to the customers and see if they get their orders on time. I’m very observant so that’s what I saw yesterday that I went to get some food. I love the food and would sure go back again.
