This is our go-to McDonald’s, and the exceptional service here never disappoints. Yesterday, I placed an order for 50 McChicken sandwiches for pickup today, which Ana Garcia efficiently processed. When I realized I could have used my McDonald’s app, Ana kindly refunded my payment. Despite a brief technical hiccup with my phone, Ana patiently completed the transaction. Today, when I arrived for pickup, my order was ready 15 minutes early, and to my delight, they even included an extra burger.
Kudos to Ana Garcia and the entire team for a seamless and delightful experience!
One more thing that caught my attention – while waiting, I noticed their bulletin board with a “We’re Hiring” notice. I took pictures of the job flyers to share with others who might be interested in joining the team. It’s great to see this McDonald’s location investing in their community!

Went to order for today I understand that we in Laredo are mostly Mexican Americans. And some unfortunately can’t speak Spanish. I am however doing my best to learn it but that doesn’t give an excuse for the drive thru lady to talk shit and laugh just because I’m not able to hold a conversation.

Went in today to pick up a mobile order but was told the mobile order system wasn’t working. And I would have to wait 24 hours for a refund.
Standing there feeling defeated and hopeless not knowing what to do and frantically trying to figure out how am I going to get food to eat for my kids.
Irene, who I believe is the manager on duty at the time really stepped up to help me.
She could have just said what the First Lady told me and say there was nothing she could do which she did at first but was more explaining the situation in a more helpful way than the first person I spoke to.
Irene then went ahead and placed my order and had it made and not only did she do that but the order was made very quickly.
Irene if you somehow see this, thank you so much. My kids and I are very appreciative of you. Thank you.

I ordered a large meal of nuggets. No sauce was provided for nuggets even after we requested it. Aside from that, the fries are only half full.And to top it off, ordered a burger with extra onions. Of course, this is mcdonalds we r talking about… no onions were added bc customers’requests are NEVER taken seriously!

I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in a long time, but I was in a hurry so I decided to go through drive-thru. Customer service was poor (e.g. not acknowledged, not a smile seen, etc.). Food was ok, but nothing like I remembered. And, part of my order was missing. Sad.

This was the worse experience ever. They took almost a hour giving us 4 burgers and 20 nuggets. Our food was sent to a other person and the workers all had a disrespectful attitude. The fries weren’t fresh after almost a hour and a ugly burger.
