I stopped here on a roadtrip to Laredo. Do not waste your time stopping in. They don’t even have the integrity to make right what they did incorrectly. I was given a burger without a bottom bun in the drive thru. When I called the store to let them know, their suggestion was to drive back to their location to show them. I called corporate to advise them and they sent my complaint to a local manager. That manager emailed me today with lots of words and no actions. Apparently me not completely taking my burger out of its wrapper before I left the Drive Thru to make sure McDonalds employees did their job correctly is part of being a customer. I have not received a refund or any attempt to correct the issue.

I go in to work at 4am never had problems through drive thru. I always get my coffee before 4am on app . Seems like on Tuesday they receive the truck they started closing both drive Thur lanes for a coffee so asked the lady at window if could get coffee. She looked mad and she said no that the order will not get charged.I asked her if I could speak to the shift manager she said she was. She also said she could close the drive Thur when she wanted to. I mentioned to her you have a HUGE sign that says 24 hrs. This was my favorite place for coffee now I go to the restaurant in front pay more but better service they also have a huge sign 24 hrs.

Avoid this McDonald’s. This particular location left a bad impression on me and my family. The service was not very friendly to begin with and our order was not delivered correctly as well. To be fair, the cashier did correct the mistake when asked to do so. However, we waited over 20 minutes to receive our order on a night when the restaurant was not so busy. Additionally, I spotted the employees at the back of the house putting ingredients directly on the counter and then on the burgers. Our Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich tasted like a rubber shoe sole once we received it, and was lukewarm. The floors of the restaurant were a messy collection of crumbs and trash, the bathrooms look like they needed cleaning and the tables were covered in a film of grease. The tray we got our food on had what looked like days old mayonnaise stuck on its side, as if it was not washed in quite a while. Overall, please please please avoid this place if you can. It will ruin your day.

Came about 1pm. Inside dinning area wasn’t busy. Staff was not idle and I was attended immediately. I ordered a #9 Home style meal($6.91).
Meal took about 2 minutes to get to my table once completed order. Over all meal was fresh and hot. Meat was thoroughly cooked and dried were hot and crispy. Not overly salted as well. On scale of 1-5
5 for dinning room cleanliness
5 for customer service
5 for freshness of meal
5 for restroom cleanliness
3 on meal presentation
Burger was made sloppy for such a slow time of day.
Over all I give this place a 4.5 . Presentation of meal means a lot. Don’t be in such a rush as to make a burger. It’s like the center piece to many McDonald’s meals. Other than that what a great job on keep your restaurant clean. Especially restroom. Dirty restrooms usually mean dirty kitchens after all.

It’s McDonald’s, guess if we keep coming back something has to be good. No line this morning, well that is until they had problems with my order. There are very few McDonald’s that get my order correct. My special needs kiddo just wants beacon. That’s it abs it throws everyone off. Staff was nice. Easy access in and out.

For a quick bite, you might want to come here, right now they have the 2 for 5 which in my opinion is pretty good. Two sandwiches for 5 bucks, also you cannot go wrong with the dollar menu. Overall is everything you expect from this franchise and the staff speak English which here in Laredo is a plus.

Amazing place to dine in. Amazing employees and amazing food like always. This is my favorite McDonald’s in the city . One of your employees is excellent I think his name was Luis . Not sure though but he made my experience amazing. He refilled my drinks in seconds and made sure my food was perfect . I highly recommend this place.

Made my regular purchase at the kiosk. I got it. I asked the lady for an extra cup and she said we don’t give away cups. I told her to sell me a cup and she sold me a cup of ice for the price of a Dr Pepper. Worst service bad energy. She should have charged me just for ice. Never going back.
