If you want a correct order don’t come here! Asked for a McDouble, got a McChicken, charged me extra for a drink and then didn’t even give it to me. Not too picky but don’t recommend if you are hangry and wanting anything specific because you have no idea what you are going to get.

Every time we order from here through DoorDash, they mess up our order. Usually its missing items that are the problem, which are clearly labeled on the receipts. Today, they gave the wrong order to our Dasher, and he had to return to the store to pick it up. Then when we finally got it, it was still wrong, missing an order of nuggets. The Dashers can’t see the items in the sealed bag, so they have to trust the employees to pack it correctly. But they never do.

The link you sent me to contact you doesn’t work. Very interesting subterfuge to actually avoid feedback. The last time I was in Kerrville I stopped in to get some food for the road. The kiosk was offering me some two-for-one specials but I could not figure out how to make it work on the kiosk. The kiosk was also not printing receipts. So I went up to the counter and very politely asked for a receipt and how do I get the two for one specials. The manager came over and was very angry with me and insulting to me because I was asking these quite reasonable questions. I will never go back. No customer deserves to be treated that way.

i don’t usually go to this one bc something always gets messed up but i went yesterday and ordered a carmel frappe when i ordered i asked them to line the cup with carmel and to do extra drizzle on top as well and the lady said that’s gonna be an extra charge and i said i was fine with the charge and i get to the window the cup isn’t lined and there’s barely any on top another weird part is the whip cream was pink if they were out of regular whip cream it’s fine but i feel like they should have told me so i could ask for no whip and i asked the person at window to add more carmel drizzle to the top since the cup wasnt lined and there’s was barely any on top and he goes to do it and i can see him not getting any carmel drizzle out and he gets a new bottle and before he can put anymore on it some weird looking red head told him to quit i’m pretty sure it was the same lady who took my order and she told him it already has double the amount of carmel on it mind u it had barely any so i tried telling her like u charged me extra u took my order and u didn’t give me the extra and she was rude and ignorant and basically said she would have to charge me again if i wanted anymore on it after she already charged me extra and didn’t give me any extra. point of this go to the one on junction highway they laughed at the carmel frappe when i showed them bc it even had the extra carmel drizzle sticker on it and again had barely any and pink whip cream and they gave me a perfect one.

McDonald’s is all about customer service right well it should be well it was before. Pulling up at the drive-thru usually they got somebody greeting you or something especially if they’re busy they didn’t tell you give me one second I’ll be right with you or something like that well I pull up for a couple of minutes and nothing no greeting or nothing I said hello and she answer right away saying I’ll be right with you with a smart ass tone not even a couple of seconds saying sorry about the way how can I help you like maybe you could have greeted me with that letting me know so I could wait to order instead of saying hello I try to order a frappe and they said the machine was down I try to order an ice cream cone they said they don’t have no ice cream it’s down only shakes so I just left wherever that lady was that was working right now is very rude if she doesn’t like her job then maybe she shouldn’t be working for McDonald’s this was about between 8:45 to 8:55 p.m. I’m very disappointed

Burgers were nasty ..bread was burnt and there was no mustard on them at all very dry and never wanna experience this again ..how sad that this keeps happening and nothing changes ..upper mangers need to sit down and talk about this restaurant and the people just not caring..ain’t no way I would let a burger go out like this

We have had multiple bad experiences at this location. Today particularly we had poor service, we were overcharged and given the wrong items. I used my app specifically because it was my birthday and I had a free item. I was it only charged for the item but it was also mad incorrectly when I ordered it no onion or sauce add ketchup.

I don’t eat McDonald’s food, but my grandkids like it. I don’t mind sitting with them while they eat. However, the cool jazz muzak crap they make their customers suffer through is inexcusable and headache inducing.
