It looks to me like this place had a rough start from older reviews, but this has to be one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. This McDonald’s was very clean and even had flowers on the table. The bathrooms were immaculate. There was a lovely lady greeting us at the door. We ordered off the kiosk with plenty of special orders and the food came out fast and dead-on accurate. I am impressed and it is probably the first time I have ever said this about a McDonald’s. Keep up this level of service please.

This brand new McDonald’s launched a new burger called the plastic burger! I initially ordered the arch burger meal with no pickles and extra crispy onions and a quarter pounder meal. We waited about 15 minutes for our order, when the first arch burger finally came with extra pickles and no crispy onions, so I took it back to get it fixed.
We waited 15 more minutes for my second arch burger, when the second arch burger showed up I took a couple of bites and it tasted weird. I then I looked inside the burger and found the plastic they forgot to unwrap, only Lord knows how much plastic I ended up consuming.
I took it back and showed them, they did not offer a refund at any point but they gave me a card for a $5 meal and a mint mcflurry that wasn’t mixed well. To top that all off they offered me free refills on my drinks that were already free refills to begin with!
So I basically waited an hour for a plastic burger and got compensated $5 with free drink refills that were already free and a mcflurry that wasn’t mixed well! You’d think being a new McDonald’s that this would be very good. I stand corrected.

Was hoping this new location would buck the area trend for having ‘woefully slow’ McDonalds service. Unfortunately, it looks like quick service is not something McDonalds is trying to achieve anymore. Wednesday night, drive thru, only one car in front of me. Nobody else in line after me and the inside looked empty. The car in front of me sat at the window for at least 5 minutes (don’t know how long they were there before I showed up), and then I waited another 5 minutes once I got to the window. Fries were warm, not hot, but the rest of the order was fine. Managment better get on this. I might be willing to wait a while in line for certain other fast food, but…

I placed an order through the app and even after an hour, it was not completed. This is such a SLOW McDonald’s. I don’t understand how a McDonald’s in 2026 takes ONE HOUR to prepare food. Staff didn’t look like they had an urgency. Not even sit down restaurants take this long for food. I wasn’t the only one either waiting so I can imagine it was multiple people upset.

After reading so many negative reviews, my husband and I decided to take a trip to this location since it’s near our home! We were not disappointed and cannot give enough stars for the service we received. Nicole was very pleasant and knowledgeable when asked about specifics of the frying process.
We will definitely return and look forward to our next visit!!

This new McDonald’s location has improved dramatically since their shaky opening. I had breakfast there this morning and was delighted by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the hot delicious meal I received. I would also like to compliment Stephanie for taking such good care of me and the other customers in the restaurant. Stephanie went beyond the call of duty to insure I had a great visit this morning.

We were excited to try this new location, but the experience was pretty disappointing. The drive-through took about 30 minutes total, with 16 minutes spent sitting directly at the window waiting for food. Our order was very simple — just two breakfast sandwiches and hash browns.
I understand new locations need time to work out the kinks, but after being open for over a month, this felt excessive, especially for breakfast. The food was fine, but the wait completely outweighed the convenience McDonald’s is known for.
Hoping this improves with time, because right now the service speed doesn’t match expectations.

Amazing service and friendly staff!
I was waiting in line and a guy was being kinda difficult with the employees here, a lot of people have been difficult with these employees and I don’t get it because they’re so nice to me and the other patrons I see, anyway, an employee named Kattie paid for his meal! So kind and generous, first time I’d ever seen any fast food employee pay for a customer’s meal, let alone a difficult one. Also, Stephanie is so sweet, and Eliana too, I dealt with all three of these employees, and then also let the manager know how great they were, and the manager (Bonnie) was just as great! Food was hot and fresh too.

Everything was great, my only disappointment was the parking. I think if you are able to reduce down the curbside pick up, y’all would be on point. Thank you for the experience inside. It was great.
