Ordered a curbside order in the app, waited forever in my pickup spot for them to bring it out, only to realize that part of my order was missing. Called the store to let them know, I’m still waiting for them to bring the rest out. Food was cold, so I don’t know why I had to wait so long for them to bring it out. It wasn’t a even busy, couple of cars in the drive thru. Disappointed.

I post this review based solely on the fact I met the new owners of this McDonald’s today 1-16-26. I live in Edna but enjoy to drive over to Port Lavaca to go visit by the water and shop at Walmart but I occasionally visit the McDonald’s here & today I went for an iced coffee. I truly enjoyed meeting the new owners and their daughter. Very sweet and very nice people! They really care about making this McDonald’s better and they care about their customers. Congrats to them for buying this McDonald’s and may God bless them in their ownership of this location!

I gave 2 stars to be kind. I went yesterday and ordered a breakfast muffin and substituted bacon for sausage. I had to wait a while but I chalk that up to they were extremely busy they had a lot of cars lined up outside. In waiting I found out that the lady had given me five extra dollars. So I didn’t want her to get in trouble and it was the right thing to do I let her know and gave it back to her .So when my food came out I happened to look at it before I left and they had Canadian bacon or ham I’m not sure what that was but I told her it wasn’t right that I wanted the bacon so she said okay and went back and I waited and waited when she returned I figured of course they had the right order this time. So I didn’t bother checking it needless to say when I open the bag I had this very same thing again. By that time I had already left the place and did not want to try to go back. McDonald’s you really have to work on your management of that store a lot better than it has been.

Ordered curbside at McDonald’s I’m Port Lavaca, TX. My order had a Deluxe Double Quarter Pound with cheese no mustard or slivered onions add mayo. Drove home which is 18 miles and got a plain and dry single Quarter pound with cheese. I have tried calling but the phone has been busy.

I litterally bought a burger and it wasn’t right so I asked this old man, possibly manager to fix it and he goes “well I didn’t make it” overall jst a jerk then he finally took it back and after a few minutes he gives it back, I take a bite and it’s rubbery. One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. Stopped at the 801 S Hwy 35 Byp location in Port Lavaca and was very disappointed. The service was extremely poor, with a lot of attitude from the staff, and despite waiting over 30 minutes, we never even received our food. Definitely not what you expect from a McDonald’s.

I reach in the bag to pull out the ketchup and I find it kind of sticky so I take it out because it’s wrapped in a napkin and I find that it’s covered in hairs..

probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. I had to repeat what I wanted 3 times in drive thru. once I get to the window I see 2 employees sweating on boxes texting and laughing. if they were on break fine go seat in the empty dining area instead of distracting the already slow service. I get my order just to see that it was still wrong after repeating myself earlier. after waiting for 5 other cars to get their order I finally get mine. and at the end I get an under cooked burger for my troubles.
