Service questionable…asked for fresh tea and was told they could dump what was left and make fresh! That should be done every 2 hours. I’m tired of the tea being neglected but when asking for a sandwich I don’t want more sauce than sandwich just cause y’all busy! Sandwich had way to much sauce! Thanks mcds for always having a line messing up the order and never having good tea! See y’all next year with the new crew!

Lack of management employees are to busy in drive thru and forget about their counter customers. Service was awful, missing items nuggets were hard and cold some were missing parts of the nuggets. Called and employee they never came to correct the problem had to raise my voice in order for them to acknowledge me. Not to mention the restroom were all dirty and the floors seemed it hadn’t been mopped for days. Another thing if y’all run out of an item tell the customer, the kid’s were all excited thinking they were gonna get Mario Brothers toys you advertise something you have the display well shouldn’t you get what you display in the Kid’s meal. Bad services, unprofessional, lack of management, zero on cleanness not to mention the food cold hard and peace missing.
To employees before you put it in the bag ask yourself if you would give it to your kid’s!!!

This McDonald’s was at a Loves.
Stopped for coffee on a 7 hr trip, Had lots of staff there but took several minutes for someone to come to register. Lady was pleasant when she came to register however. ordered a hot mocha latte (no whipped cream).
What I got was horrible. It tasted like extremely weak hot chocolate, not a mocha. But I was already several miles down the road when it cooled enough to taste. Removed the lid to look & there was some slimey looking brownish stuff on one side of the cup. Gross!
I don’t go to McDonald’s often but the chain generally has decent coffee. NOT this time.

My parents and I literally saw a cockroach crawling on the counter behind the cashier and we left quickly! Don’t go to this McDonald’s unless you want cockroaches or other bugs in your food
