Very clean. Friendly service. Dodd was actually better that a lot of the McDonald’s I’ve been in. Only issue I had was getting in to the place. I had to go two blocks up and turn around. I assume when the built it the road wasn’t laid out like that. Otherwise excellent.

When I ordered mango smoothie by they take my ordered already and then when I come to pay some guy he say 25 dollars. I say can you recheck my ordered he say something blap blap and then I correct my ordered. He say no more mango smoothie .. he ask me about strawberry smoothie,I say strawberry it fine . The guy takes so long to correct the ordered .. and then ..later when I pick up they give vanillashake I’m so tired for waiting they change again.

After not being sure if they had charged me for the correct about of fries I asked the person at the second window. She looked at the receipt and said we had been charged for two fries. However, when we got our order, we were short an order of fries. So, I drove around and went inside. I ended up having to get into an argument with the help to give them MORE MONEY for MORE PRODUCT (????). The whole time acting as if I was in the wrong, after I had given them a chance to review my receipt and give them more money!!! I have never been treated like this before. I NEVER TRIED TO GET ANYTHING FOR FREE!!!!! I am telling EVERYBODY I know how they treat you there!!!!

I used the app, which I love to use. I came into the store to use the restroom, which was very clean. The restaurant was bright and clean, the staff very friendly. My order was ready quickly and my hamburger was delicious.

Drive thru service was great. Line was long. Ordered and drove to work. I always drink my coffee with a straw (I know, weird). So when I opened the lid something very unexpected was floating in my coffee. Pretty good size piece of plastic
