Pulled into the drive threw to order and you can already hear the attitude in the employees voice just asking if I’m going to use the mobile app, so I order 3 double cheeseburgers and 3 hot n spicy mc chickens and they gave me 3 double cheeseburgers and 1 hot n spicy. They wanted to refund my money back and then recharge me to make my order correctly. Is it my fault you weren’t listening? I just took the order and left.

The young girl they have working in the drive though needs to grow up while at work. I was heading back from Houston from working out of town won’t be getting home until about midnight and had not eaten all day I stopped here to get a bite to eat sat in the drive though for about 10 minutes she leaned out the window and was playing with her friends in a red Hyundai throwing food at each other.
There must not have been a shift manager or supervisor because there was no leadership there at all if this is allowed she needs to retrained.
Once I finally got my food my drinks had no ice so either they didn’t put ice in it it was longer than 10 minutes of her playing with her friends and it melted.
This on top of the same order being $3 more here than the McDonald’s in houston

I swore off of McDonalds nearly 30 years ago after getting food poisoning in North Bend during a youth ski trip…Im 43 now. I stopped to get fuel & planned to go to Raising Canes. But, my truck wont start..so here I am. McDonalds wasnt the only choice, but after nearly 30 years I guess I can forgive.
I will say…the fries are definitely not as good as I remember…the shape/size hasnt changed, but they are a little darker than I remember & they taste like the oil used is different than in 1996 when EVERYONE was OBSESSED with McDonalds fries. I have craved these fries from time to time, but what I had today was DEFINITELY NOT it. They were good, but just not the insanely great fries that I consistently could rely on 30 years ago. I ordered the combo that I ate religiously at least 2 or 3 times per week in 7th grade a double quarter pounder with cheese no onions. I wanted to try the Big Mac again, but I wanted to do a comparison to the food I was modt familiar with. The burger smelled EXACTLY like I remember. It was fresh, the pickles tasted the same the bread was softer but the real surprise was the meat…it was in my opinion superior than what I recall. It was still the same consistency, but it tasted more “beefy” not in a bad way…on the contrary it was better than I recall. All around I think McDonalds will make it back into my regular rotation. The prices have doubled…The double quarter pounder used to be #6 & the two cheese burgers are gone, theh used to be #2 on the menu. I temember the meal was just under $5 after tax…now it was over $11 after tax. They have revamped from the old loud colors & have gone with a more modern pallet that says “we arent clowning around anymore” Ronald McDonald has matured is seems. I did see they have kept the hamburgler & Grimace as well as other characters (still dont know any of their names). The McDonalds atmosphere/restaurant reminds me more of a starbucks if they did fast food. Even though so much has changed, the core remains the same & thats whats really cool to see. They have stayed true to the food minus the food poisoning this time I hope!

Exceptionally dirty. It was not busy at the time. So, why wouldn’t there be workers dedicated to cleaning tables, refilling both empty ketchup dispensers or picking up trash in general. Every booth had seat covers in sad condition. The food was “meh” even by McDonald’s standards.

The drive thru employee was very rude. All I wanted was to use my points to get a Quarter Pounder.
That did not happen.
2 times I tried. They said it didn’t go through but I lost 12,000 points. (Make it make sense)
I ended up just buying a QP, I didn’t even get points for paying for one. On top of everything I asked for No Onions, it had onions I’m allergic to onions. All around had decision to go to this location.

This location works very sloppy and slowed paced. Even when it is not busy with a lot of customers. Restrooms are stinky and dirty with no soap in the dispenser. Still giving the location a chance, I ordered a McFlurry and asked for water. Paid, then I was given a cup and told my order will be out soon. As I was waiting, I noticed on my receipt that I was charged for a large sweet tea. I then asked the cashier why was I charged for the larger sweet drink? She stated that their system doesn’t have a “water” button. I am from up north, heading south of Texas and made a stop for gas and water. The point of point of me ordering the McFlurry was to get a water as well. I asked the cashier why wasn’t I told before hand that I would be charged for the “water” as a larger sweet drink and if I could speak to the manager? The manager only gave me the same responses. Not sure if this location is franchising or not but still disappointed in the lack of effort to clearly communicate the circumstances. Asides from that, I made the decision of canceling my order and wasn’t even given my exact change. I highly don’t recommend coming to this location. Sad to say, poor customer service.

I really do try to have patience with fast food workers but this McDonalds was appalling. My parents and I ordered breakfast to go while going out of town. It took 30 minutes just to get our food and they still forgot our coffees. On top of that, you could literally see they were not understaff and still worked at a slow pace. Mind you, it’s 9am, not that early to be sleepy. Cherry on top, they still forgot some items we ordered and we had left already. Employees had an attitude and not very attentive. Pretty bad location, don’t come here!

I get it’s McDonald’s so standards are low. But this one? Staying in hotel across street and I went last night, got a old stale patty on burger, tonight fries taste like awful grease, I got nuggets because how can they screw that up, well nuggets had to be an hour old, god forbid longer. Not to mention on my way to work this morning waiting 20 mins for bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. Yuck

McDonald’s on Bloomington Highway is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to….. You ever go to McDonald’s, no matter what time, and could never get any ice cream or a shake? This is not one of them McDonald’s….. I recommend the Strawberry shake or Caramel Frappe…… And the atmosphere is just right, down to earth…..
