yikes yikes yikes. adding a picture so you can see the monstrosity they called a hash brown this morning. cosmically undercooked and so completely greased to the bag i lost half the food trying to just get it out. had to recook them at home. lots of fun.
tell your curbside people to fix their faces. it’s cold outside. sorry about it but you’re at work. in the service industry. guess who you service? customers. rude delivery of disgusting food. i know i’m not getting cavier at the golden arches of all places but you’d think less outright disrespect wouldn’t be paired with the destruction of the meal as well.
would’ve called to tell them off but what’s the point. i guess my real request is: hate your job less outwardly please. be kind when people spend money. it’s not our fault you work there.

I go to this McDonalds 3-4 mornings a week for my breakfast at the Drive Thru. They have never let me down for speed and accuracy with my order. I don’t know about their other shifts, but their morning shift is just as fast and courteous as that chicken place that is closed on Sundays. They are always awesome! ……Humorous side, that morning guy at the Drive-Thru taking the Orders sounds exactly like a Robot. Go check it out if for no other reason than him. That morning shift has their act together ✅

Its quicker to go get a taco than it is a sausage biscuit at this location. Pretty much got ignored. Inside register staff apparently isn’t a thing. Had like 5-6 workers strictly working drive thru. Look, ive worked at a mcds years ago and idk when fast food stopped being just that. For such a small town this mcds is not good

Not only did the people wait until the delivery window to tell me the frappe machine wasn’t working and offered a cookie instead. But then the girl at the window tried to rush me off before I reminded her about my son’s kids meals. Then also paid on separate ticket for holiday pies so my sons could try them but yet again missing in the bags. Definitely one of the most incompetent establishments in Victoria recommended anywhere else.

Went to get a kids meal and ordered the 6 piece nuggets and what I got was a sausage patty in a nugget box. How disappointing for a child to open their food box to NOT find what was ordered for them. It takes seconds to double check what your placing into your customers bag. Money doesn’t come easy even for a cheap meal.

I want to give one employee a shout out here, I’ve never had a great experience at this McDonald’s. But this time she went out of her way to help she brought the food to my 1yr old and myself she got his drink filled it up and brought back brought a clean high chair.. even asked if could help when we left.

I used to love mobile ordering from this mcdonalds, but now the service is soooo terribly slow all day/every day. I will have to switch my ordering location now. I don’t want to wait 40 minutes for a sausage biscuit everytime.
