The only thing that needs fixed is the curb as you exit. My husband hit it and knocked his tires out of alignment. Be careful. That said …this McDonald’s is VERY busy and sadly the staff changes frequently …probably because of the pressure from the volume of traffic. Our family has always had excellent service from the many kind employees. IMO the staff is excellent at getting food/drinks to you efficiently especially when you consider the volume of people yhey serve. We have driven through hundreds, gosh, thousands of times in the last 7 years and the staff has never made a mistake on the variety of our orders. They have always used kind voices, smiled at us and treated us with value. Our sincere thanks to each person who serves us. Oh by the way…this parking lot is LOUD so if you use the drive though, like we most often do, you almost have to yell and speak VERY clearly for the staff to hear you on the intercom.

They put their food together sloppily and when you open the bag your food is no longer in the paper . It is all mixed together in the bottom of the bag. So check your bag and make sure the wrapper on your sandwiches are properly wrapped and that the French fries are standing up and not laying down so they stay nice and warm.

Surprisingly, this was one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in America. The staff was friendly, and when we brought a mistake to their attention, it was taken care of immediately. All of our food, including the fries, were hot and fresh.
We were even asked by a staff member if we enjoyed our food before we left. I can’t say I wasn’t surprised by the level of service, and it almost felt like we weren’t eating fast food.

On a slow day they are very slow. Imagine what a busy day is like.. OH AND ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF. THEY CANT GET EVER SEEL TO GET THE RIGHT STUFF OR CORRECT AMOUNT OF ITEMS IN THE BAG

Custom order 2 double with cheese. Pay extra ($3.18 & $1.59) for 2 two strips of bacon on each got 1 strip in total. Ordered no onions, no pickles one correct one added pickles and onions anyways, guess their preference not customers. 24 minutes waiting on food, by which time fries room temperature (A/C set to Aritic Blast). No Oreo Flurry Available

Workers are not very nice they just hand you your stuff and don’t say anything… also wanted extra Carmel in my coffee because it always tastes like water, and I got my coffee and tried it and it tasted watery so I asked for extra Carmel and the lady’s said it has extra Carmel and closed the window in my face.

Bought a large fries. Got half fries and a large container. This should be called fraud misleading consumers. Or just basically stealing from us if we’re paying $3 for a large fries. So I got a medium fries and a large container.. equality doesn’t mean the quality of your food is going to be good.

Attached is a photo of their idea of “light mayo” and “xtra pickles” that i ordered. They literally gave me one pickle & so much mayo that I had to scrape most of it off.
Don’t give me the option of modifying my sandwich if you’re going to ignore my requests.
