Waited over 15 mins for a door dash order still waiting while I’m writing this. This is supposed to be fast food. They have the lobby locked up so you have to wait in drive thru I’m the only car here so I don’t understand why it’s taking so long . They also have these signs everywhere not to mention I waited 5 mins in drive thru just for someone to answer me. Managers needs better management for night shit. It’s 8:03 pm now and I been here since 7:40pm

Terrible. Just got home with three McRib meals and a quarter pounder meal. The McRibs have NO SAUCE, fry boxes are 2/3 full, the bag has NO NAPKINS and three drinks, no straws. DO BETTER, please. Disappointed.

Ordered and paid online before 10:30. When we arrived at 10:33, we were told that since it was past breakfast time, the order needed to be cancelled and I had to wait 1-5 days to get my money back. The irony was they were able to fill the breakfast order although I was charged more at the window. You could tell food had been under a heat lamp for a long time. They also forgot to include ketchup which we also asked for but I’m kinda used to that one since they tend to do it at every McDonalds. I can’t promise that I will never be back, but I will do my best not to.

It’s McDonald’s. Good for quick food, but these days it’s expensive enough that it’s priced as if you were going to a sit down restaurant. Expensive with ‘meh’ quality food. Not a dig on this store, but the chain as a whole. I’ve been using this chain less and less.

This location has lost its luster! Day crew is usually great. The night crews on the other hand have gotten my order wrong in more than one way. And after a long day and I’ve driven home after recieving my order I start unwrapping my food for half of it to be wrong or dry. Laziest location in my opinion! Will deffinantly start driving to other locations

Idk how this place has a 3.5! I come from Houston, TX and this is the swankiest McDonalds I’ve ever seen. I thought I was walking into a hotel lobby! It’s very spacious, clean and quiet. The staff is respectful and they work diligently.

See photos of what is supposed to be a fish sandwich. I was visiting College Station and was surprised by how small the fish sandwich was. Much smaller than normal from a McD’s.
Can’t praise the staff either for how they literally just threw things on the buns with out any care.
Ordered in the app. They wanted 50 cents extra for additional tartar sauce and again for tomatoes.
Final straw was that there was a half of a slice of cheese… come on man, how cheap and low class can MCDs go …. pretty low from what I seen. Not impressed.
