Let me just brag on the manager Ms. Monica S I ordered through door dash & they left some of my food out of my order. I called talked to Ms.Monica & told her what happened & baby she was right on it. She bought me the rest of my order herself that really showed how she appreciates her customers. She was so apologetic,nice,sweet & understanding she went above & beyond for me & that made my day. This is why I continue to give them my business because of people like her we need more like her & McDonald’s please give her a raise because she deserves it. Thanks again Ms.Monica ❤️.

Came in at lunch to get a quick bite. The tables were filthy and upon me asking the manger that also wouldn’t give me her name she replied, “ It is what it is”. Proceeded not to care. And I waited almost 20 minutes for my food. Usually I have no problems but today the staff was very rude and on there own time.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Due to I just got yelled at by the manager. All for they made a mistake on my order. I told them I would wait to have it fixed. Then the manager come and told me I had to get back in line at the drive through. Witch is crazy the line is all the way out to 290 I have already waited In line almost 20 minutes at this point so I said Ill just wait. She then went on to cursing at me and telling me to leave. After that I said its just a quick fix. She then told me to leave and threatened to call the cops if I did not leave. They also did not fix my order or even offer to give me a refund. Im very disappointed with my service at this location.

Ordered the bacon chicken ranch burger and a large fry. They gave Me a small fry but no big deal, I went inside and got the correct size. When I arrived at home I opened up my burger to see a long black strand of hair sitting right on top of my bun . The fries were basically potatoes, they were not fried long enough and the nuggets My kids received were soft and mushy.

Rude people and bad customer service! Guess they expect you to kiss their a**es and then pay them for fked up food. No thank you I will take my business elsewhere! Probably not clean either since one of the workers implied she needed to take a shi* which is why the line was backed up for 15 minutes. DO BETTER!!!

I was ignored by 2 counter employee’s that had been way too busy visiting with their friends while at the register to stop and help a 55-year-old blind man trying to place an order. I am so blind I couldn’t tell that the order machine was not working, it was off. The employee’s laughed at me and walked off when I asked for help.

Lazy workers, who give attitudes and are stingy with sauces. I came here on 5/06 around 11AM and when I got my nuggets you can tell they dropped one of them on the floor and put it in the box. Mcdonalds do better

The driveway has too much going on in a little area. The restaurant was dirty. Nobody working the front. They threw my order. And they don’t care about the customers at all. Not going back. McDonald’s has really figured out how not to care. This is happening at every location I’ve been in fir the last few years. I’m done.
