I stopped by the McDonald’s on 2818 late at night and had an extremely disappointing experience. The employee working at the counter, James, was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Instead of offering basic courtesy or customer service, he acted as though serving customers was an inconvenience. I understand that it’s late and people get tired, but there’s absolutely no excuse for that kind of attitude in a customer-facing role.
I’ve visited this location several times in the past without issue, but after this experience, I will not be returning. Management needs to seriously address staff behavior and retrain their team on professionalism and respect toward customers

It took 3 workers to get the order in front of us correctly, making wait times over 8 min. Still had complications getting the order correct when it was our turn. Several (5-6) workers just standing around while the lobby was packed waiting for order to be taken with only one register open. Our fries were old and soggy, the cookies were burned to a crisp, they were hard as rocks. Store was dirty, and the staff didn’t seemed happy to be there. We come to this location often through the drive thru and have issues with unfriendly staff as well.

McDonald’s on 2818 – Extremely Disappointed
I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years, and I’ve never had a single issue — until they hired James. This employee can ruin your whole day just by taking your order or handing you your food. His attitude is downright miserable. You can tell he absolutely hates his job, and unfortunately, he takes it out on the customers.
I wasn’t even planning to write a review, but after multiple negative interactions with him, I had to speak up. I’m genuinely curious if anyone else has experienced the same treatment. He usually works nights, and every time he’s on shift, the energy instantly turns negative.
I get that not everyone loves their job, but that’s no excuse to be rude, dismissive, or disrespectful toward paying customers. Management needs to address this immediately — this kind of behavior completely ruins what used to be one of the best McDonald’s locations in town.

Went through drive thru you would think since I had to repeat my order more then once they would have got it right but nooooo. Had to go back through drive thru because they forgot my nuggets . I get home one of my double cheeseburgers is missing the cheese . I tried calling the store over and over I let the phone ring until it stops ringing but no answer . I think if there was less playing around orders would be correct

3 times I’ve gone to this McDonald’s and ordered a simple McDouble only ketchup and cheese. Three times they have given me a McDouble with onions, pickles, lettuce and no ketchup. Idk who the girl is that takes the order at 12:30pm but she needs to clean her ears

I asked the old Hispanic lady at the window for hot picante because she didn’t ask me at the window, she told me they were in the bag. I went to check the bag and she handed me two with my drinks and told me to pull forward for two more. I already had all my food so she could have handed me all 4 instead of pulling up. The manager was extremely rude. There was a problem with my mobile order. It wasn’t showing up on their computer even though it showed up as paid on my phone. She asked me to try to cancel it. I did. The app said I couldn’t cancel it. She took my phone and looked at it, but couldn’t solve the problem. I was holding up the drive thru line so I told her I would come inside so we could figure it out. When I got inside, there was a radio in the kitchen that was blaring so loud we couldn’t have a conversation and I couldn’t think straight. She asked me to “put on my location.” I don’t understand what that means and I couldn’t think with the radio volume being so loud. I told her I was going to step outside to figure it out. I decided to just order again. When I did my mobile order again it went through successfully. Paying twice. I waited outside until I got the notification that said, my order was ready. My order was NOT ready so I had to wait in the restaurant. I was grateful that at least the volume of the radio had been lowered while I was waiting. However, when I

I mainly use the app for orders. Had a issue with the app allowing me tp order stuff they didn’t have several times. Almost impossible to get a refund thru app. Corporate said the store would call. Lol never happened and corporate didn’t follow up. This store use to be great, but for the last few months it seems like they run out to quickly. Maybe manager isn’t ordering enough to keep costs down. Don’t know, but it’s annoying.
