This place is one of the worst the management everything!!! You order food and will either throw it away bc it’s so gross LOOKING you wouldn’t want to eat it!!! They are rude and they act like when you ask them to fix something you paid for they act like they are personally responsible for the replacement!!!! Please watch over this worker named charlie. I caught him using his phone in the bathroom while he told me to wait a bit for my food when he said he would serve it on my family’s table. We waited around 40 minutes which is a bit too long for a “fast food” restaurant.

First rate service from the entire staff. I live across the street and found myself in an unfortunate situation a little over a year ago. I gell and broke my leg and due to some medical negligence at a short term rehabilitation center I had some complications and my leg has not healed correctly. This McDonald’s location is close to my home and sometimes I need some kind of treat usually breakfast for me is my favorite. I can’t really eat a lot. Never spend much money just use the app to order something simple. But they treat me and as I’ve noticed all of their customers like family. Often the cashier will even come hold the door for me or even bring my order to the door. I’m my opinion this is how a business should operate. Every customer is irreplaceable to them. Not so much intended as a review but more of a thank you to all the staff that has been kind and works tirelessly as a team to operate a first class facility. Management and owners should take note this behavior starts with you and proper job training and keeping the necessary staff available for them to do an excellent job.

There are some of the rudest people working at this location, and it is one of the slowest in town. We were not impressed with the customer service, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you want bad customer service and a looooooooooooong wait time for fast food, go to this location.

My second time visiting this location. The burger dry as all outdoors and the bun was hard thanks it’s breaking apart . They only gave me half thing of fries, it’s ridiculous! I didnt have time to turn around due to me being on lunch break . Yes this is fast food but I’m sure y’all put love in you yall food when you clock out for lunch… think about that .

The littles love McD’s so we figured we’d make a stop before getting back on the road.
We clearly arrived right before their rush hour around 11:30 am on a Sunday. Although the kiosks are there for ordering, the team took our orders at the register. That made ordering for three kids very easy.
The food came out quickly and was good. The set up is pretty smart. I love the idea is outlets at the bar area. It’s a great way to recharge your belly and your tech.
When we left, a crowd was forming inside and in the drive thru. I definitely see us visiting again in the future.

We were told to leave at 9:45 pm because they wanted to clean lobby early, I told manager ( vero ) per name tag ,the time on door said 10 pm and she advised me she could close when she wanted to , I made a negative comment and they called the police. Yet the whole time my family and I were dining there ,the kids / employees were playing fighting behind counter. Very poor environment. Ceo of McDonald’s, yall need to do better ,I would start with management’s employment . I’m taking this complaint to your desk !

The last 2 times I’ve ordered they have messed up my order. The first time a asked for light sauce and they added mayo mustard and ketchup to my McRids. The 2nd time I asked for no cheese and they added cheese to 2 of my burgers. I also ordered a hamburger plain and they added cheese to it.
