This location is sorry ! 8/24/25 around 12-12:30 noon. I ordered online and asked for curbside so when I arrived to pick up my food nobody would come out. After 20-25 minutes of waiting I just walked in because I got tired of waiting. The lady gave me my meal and said it was my fault because I ordered wrong !! Stop lying and get y’all lazy selves outside and deliver to curbside. No shame ! Curbside on the application asked me what spot I was in ?! How did I order for dine in ? They didn’t even fill my container of fries. They robbed me for my fries! Im never coming back here !

I just left and went through the drive-thru. It was very busy, and it looked like the woman working was handling everything on her own. She was very kind. I’m really impressed by her hard work and positive attitude under pressure. I really wish I got her name so I could thank her for the great service!

Ordered deluxe chicken sandwich, fries and a sweet tea with a mcdouble. Chicken was raw and a complete mess like they literally threw it in the box, fries were cold with no seasoning or salt, mcdouble was cold and tasted like it’s been sitting out for an hour.
I ordered sweet tea which I was told they did not have any after they had just handed my coworker a sweet tea, employees ignored me when I tried getting my drink and acted like I was bothering them by asking for what I ordered. One of the worst mcdonalds I’ve been too by far.

My husband & I stopped here on 7/4725 @ 12:19 p.m. he ordered dbl straight cheese burger, & I ordered the spicy McCrispy meal. As you can see, the photos speak for themselves. Store #35654 you guys have to do better, people expect what they see on the photos, not this. Had we not been on our way to a family emergency, you definitely would be refunding me for both meals. I sent this to my daughter and she said gosh, it looks plastic, looks refried from yesterday in my opinion. If I could rate it a 0, I would. #DoBetter!!!

This has never happened to me at this location but I had to share . I ordered an egg McMuffin meal with an extra egg McMuffin on my way to work today . When I get to work and getting all excited to eat in peace, I see that the Canadian bacon is missing . So I check the other thinking it was just bc they were rushing. Nope they were both just egg and cheese . The lady at the window who is there all the time was amazing but this was unaccepted. I can’t get a refund bc I work too far away to go back .
Update ( 12-4-25) when I had time to stop by again Management replaced my original order and all is well in the world again lol. Seriously though, thank you for the help in this situation. Never had a fast food chain that was so helpful.

We are standing here since 1 hour we came here at 11:30pm Now its 12:30pm. They took only 2 orders in an hour. People are leaving we also left. Our whole new year night has spoiled. You need to get a good crew at new year night if you are open or shut it down if you cant make it.

I placed an order at the Hwy 105 location in Beaumont Texas. The lady on the intercom was rude. I attempted to place an order and provided specific details on how I want it made and one order read correctly and the other did not. I informed the young lady that my order was incorrect and her response was “anything else.”I repeated myself and informed her my order is still showing incorrectly and her response was “anything else” I repeated myself for a 3rd time. She said “Anything else” I asked to speak with a manager and she didn’t respond but then another young lady answered and I asked for the name of the associate before her ans She said she didn’t know and she was new herself but said her name was Grace. After I finished my order with grace I spoke with another young lady and asked for the previous person’s name and she said she didn’t know and she was also new herself. I then asked to speak with a manager. I informed the manager Shanella what happened and her response she doesn’t have any idea who it was but the person next to her was a young lady standing with folded arms glaring. I found out that each person is new and the only person who showed true empathy towards me was Grace. I want a district manager not a manager or gym but a district manager of this location to call me because I’ve never felt so disrespected or as if what I was saying didn’t matter. This was a terrible experience. That young lady was being disrespectful and dismissive towards me I am very unhappy and will be taking this complaint as high as I can until I speak with your corporate personnel or a district manager. That response and behavior is not okay.

Says she didn’t have breakfast ready and had a late lunch so was going to be a whole 20 min wait for me to pick up my door dash order that I got over 8 mins before I even pulled in this drive thru. We ordered our food through the mobile order McDonalds app prior to getting there. We parked in spot 4 and checked in. We then waited like 45 minutes before the app said our order was done. Then they never brought our food out so eventually my bf walked in to check on it and they had it just sitting on the counter and were expecting us to come get it apparently. That defeats the whole purpose of a mobile order. Any other time I’ve ever done this, they’ve brought my order out to my vehicle. So by this time, all the food was cold and gross. As you can tell by the photo of the cheeseburger, they don’t care about the quality of their food as it was so sloppy and just thrown together in a hurry. Worse mcdonalds.

There were two people in the lobby and it took 15-20 minutes to cook our food. I ordered fries with no salt. The manager brought our food to the table and said he would bring my fries out shortly. Another 15 minutes pass and I go to the counter. There were younger employees working one of whom looked at me as I was calling for her she turned away. One woman was on her phone and loud music was playing. The manager comes back inside and I asked what happened to the fries. They hadn’t been cooked…Horrible service and lack of accountability to say the least. I have a two hour drive home…Every employee should be terminated effective immediately.
