If I could I would give it a big 0 for rating, reason being because I’ve made trips there to the shell station that McDonald’s is in and I would see employees come out of the stall from taking a number 2 I’m assuming and just walk straight back into McDonald’s behind the counter without washing their hands. Remind you several employees. Management got told but see nothing ever got done about it. I won’t be eating at that location ever again and hope nobody does either for their sake of getting sick

I placed an order for a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle and selected the customization NO CHEESE (I did this because that’s the only way to get it with the two-dollar breakfast sandwich deal). I left the restaurant and was already at my destination when I opened the bag and found that the sandwich had cheese on it. I returned to the store, which was an inconvenience, and spoke with Sarah, the shift manager. She apologized and said the error occurred because they were busy.

The reality is that McDonald’s is a popular fast-food chain, and this was during the breakfast rush. Being busy cannot be a viable excuse. That’s the normal pace of the business. Team members should be coached to ensure accuracy at that pace, even if it requires additional steps.

I don’t want apologies or free food. I want my order made correctly the first time. This interaction wouldn’t have been necessary, and I wouldn’t be spending this time, if the staff had taken the time to do it right initially. My frustration is compounded by the fact that similar errors have occurred during my recent visits to multiple McDonald’s locations.

I don’t subscribe to the idea that it’s “just McDonald’s,” as if I shouldn’t expect my order to be correct. If I make a request that I’m paying for, I shouldn’t be forced to take whatever is handed to me simply because it’s a fast-food establishment. From a business perspective, that should never be considered acceptable.

I would hope that Meagan, this location’s general manager, will look into this matter and provide the training and support needed to ensure this team is better able to meet customer demands in the future.

Pull up to drive through and am asked if I am using the app. I say yes. Have to repeat my order several times and then am cut off before giving my app code. Car hasn’t moved and I have to go through the order again to apply my code.

Get my food and fries not a full order for a large. and drink not completely full. I guess I am supposed to think the printed fries on the container are for real. Fries are always limp here and not crisp. Filet of fish overcooked.

Employees are always nice but level of service on food preparation is lacking.

let me tell you how this McDonald’s is a well oiled machine. Food is always fresh hot and comes out expeditiously. No complaints no problems. Managers are happy to comp a meal when it’s an error on their part. My only complaint is it’s too close to my house S.O.S

help is ok I cant complain. asking more than once to repeat an order is kinda triggering. but looking at tarter in the box and not on your sandwich is really getting old. this happens a lot. I wish I could walk back there and see what’s going on and maybe this wouldn’t be so bad. maybe I’d just swallow this knowing how hard my little money is to come by and just tolerate this. SIGH

Yesterday I arrived at 10:00 at major McDonalds 35654, I had a very bad experience, with the girl I charge back, I only paid attention to her cell phone and she had music too, I also do not know how they can serve clients like that, I do not really know the name of the lady but by reference she has tattoos on her face, and I always come to this McDonalds for her delicious and fresh food but the attitude of this woman is really rude, I do not know if I will return again.

Now THAT’S Customer Service!

Let me tell you, if you’re looking for a McDonald’s that truly values its customers, this is it. I placed a mobile order that my husband went to pick up, but the code wasn’t working. He left without the food, and I decided to call the store. That’s when I spoke with Mr. John, the manager, and he completely blew me away with his incredible customer service.

Even though the issue was on my end, Mr. John sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. He reassured me that he would get the order prepared and ready for pickup. When I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I was taken care of.

He calmly explained how to avoid the issue in the future and was able to get the mobile code to work. His patience and kindness showed exactly why he is in a leadership position. He even added a courtesy meal and a Big Mac to make up for the trouble, even though I reminded him that it was my mistake.

Mr. John went above and beyond. His professionalism, care, and willingness to help turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. This is the kind of service customers remember. I give Mr. John, the manager, a 100/10 for outstanding customer care.

I went last nite (12/2/2025) to get my husband and myself some dinner and the lady @ the food window was very RUDE to me!!! The guy that took the payment was very nice and cheerful towards me but that girl at the window for the food was RUDE!!!
