Breakfast is our splurge. And McDonalds isn’t know for great service. BUT I will say, of all the McDonalds we have had with 4 kids all over the US this one is the best one. Best service by a mile! Friendly people make all tue difference when you are waiting. But they are very efficient here too. Rarely do I have to be pulled even on the busiest days. The staff is very friendly and kind. They listen, pay attention, and most of all they smile! Huge difference in starting someone’s day off right. Thank you for being awesome.

My order was wrong I order a large meal and I got a medium fries when it was suppose to be large. They didn’t give me a receipt. They gave me the wrong sauce too it was suppose to be sweet and sour. My fries are cold.

McRib was dry nearly had BBQ sauce. Fries had no salt. Asked for coke gave me diet coke which I don’t like the taste at all!! Wait was long even when ordered thru app. Asked curbside had to go inside to get my order.

Nothing was hot or fresh Fries looked and tasted stale and were like they were 3 days old!! Nuggets were cold and mushy! Didn’t even get my burger right as for mayonnaise and lettuce and God neither the bread looks like it had been burnt and I was going to work so I didn’t have time to complain, but I did not get to eat anything!

If I could give thos store a zero I would. The unpleasant food being served is on repeat. And this been going on for months. I simply decided that I’ll just get coffee because never had I thought that a person can mess up on making coffee. I brought a large coffee then poured it into my personal mug just to see a bunch of coffee grinds in my coffee. GET A.I. to replace these lazy non having integrity humans. ASAP. Oh and they are not giving the receipt for the customer paid service so that we won’t call in the number for complaints. NOT THE STORE NUMBER BUT CORPORATE. THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE GIVING POOR SERVICE.
