Ordered a happy meal, and the employee said 6 piece happy meal and caramel sundae when he charged me. I get to the window and they gave me my food in a brown bag, I assumed they ran out of boxes and it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t want to complain about something small. When I got home there was a large fry, 6 nuggets, and a large drink in the bag and that was it, I checked the receipt and he overcharged me for a 6 nugget meal instead.

I’m giving a 3 start because I usually never have any issue with my food, but today my patty was still pink all throughout. My fries were fresh which was great and not too salty. I end up tearing it all apart to check, the picture is just a little piece. At first I thought it was the ketchup, but it wasn’t fully cooked.

Would’ve given 5 stars if the person at the second window wasn’t rude. The person taking the order and the other associate at the payment window were very polite and friendly. The lady at the second window, maybe had piercings and was Hispanic, just opened the window and held out the bag without even looking or saying anything. Thank you have a good day ? lol This was during breakfast time on 1/19/26.

Normally don’t have many issues here, but lately every time I use the $1 any size drink they put medium and won’t fix it. I say large every time and my order history can attest to that. It’s not the end of the world, but the difference between a medium and a large coffee makes or breaks my day

A knew from the moment I stepped in the store that there was not going to be anything wrong with my food. They were laughing and sounded like they were having fun. But also being professional on getting the orders out quickly. I have to say League City McDonald’s can learn a lesson from this McDonald’s. The workers at this location are very rude. and multiple times I have been there the drive-thru was closed and I had to go inside to get a happy meal for my kid. Drive a little farther and go to a different location

Picked up a mobile order and received green molded chicken nuggets. I called to tell the night manager and his response was “what do you want me to do about it.” When ask for corporate number, he told me he didn’t have it.
No apology for serving molded green nuggets, just very dismissive and rude. I was able to get corporate number from a different location & will be contacting them.

McRib was dry (no sauce). When I called to ask if there was an error, I was told it was normal for the McRib to come without sauce and the lady hung up on me. I called back and they did not answer. I calle back and they answer but hung up. In fairness, the person answering the phone has a very heavy accent so I’m not sure if she understood. She just kept hanging up on me.

First time visiting this location. I was impressed at how clean, organized, and well-stocked everything is. I ordered through one of their 4 self-order kiosks, but there are also 2 cash registers one can order from. After I grabbed a table number and receipt, I sat down in their very nice, modern, huge, and clean dining area. And someone brought my meal to my table. My sandwich & golden fries were hot and enjoyable. There are 2 soda dispensers so no line there. The restrooms are nice and clean too. They have a drive-thru with 2 lanes. And they are conveniently located along Bay Area Blvd. and is inside the mall where Marshalls, Ross, Ulta, and Target is.

Hash-browns not fully cooked and barely turned yellow from cooking. I ordered through the drive-thru, went back and explained. The manager brought me another hash-brown in a bag, I assumed it was fine until I got down the road, same as the first. I tried to eat it but it tasted like uncooked potatoes. Bad thing is, i only go for the hash browns. Too far down the highway to turn around and tried to call for 5min but the phone was busy. I should have checked the bag again.
