I don’t know what’s going on at this location and honestly I’m just irritated while writing this. My kids wanted to try the new big arch “product” so we went and ordered one to try and then after spending $60, we were missing 2 large fries after I’d asked if everything was shoved into the one bag they gave me because I was doubtful and they said yes…which was not correct. I counted and 6 of the tables in the back away from all the foot traffic were dirty, mustard on the floor, the fountain machines don’t work so you had to wait for somebody to come to the front counter to help you with a refill, there’s no napkins out front, you had to ask for those too even after I told them they were out of napkins in the dispenser, and when my niece did ask for a refill and they told her to just throw away her other cup, they never came back with the new drink, and it was extremely humid inside.
This location has come a long way over the last few years, especially since the remodel years ago, but man….this visit was ridiculous. I’d have been even more angry if I did take the food to go like we originally intended instead of dining in and realized after getting home that I was missing food, but my god, if they don’t do something about their front of the house service and cleanliness I don’t care how much the kids want to try their new stuff, theres plenty of other food spots in this area for their service to be as bad as it was today.

BELINA the manager was UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL. She said they didn’t receive my order. Okay. I asked if they stopped receiving mobile orders, and with an attitude, BELINA said 10 30. Okay. I told her this is the second time it’s happened, are they not taking orders after a certain time? 10. 30. More attitude! I went home to look at my order and it showed they charged me. AND it was the right location. I go back and I show her my receipt, everything. NASTILY, BELINA told me I had to compete the pick up order. I chose the pickup counter. I told her I was charged, how did i not finish? Like she really thought I was an idiot! And BELINA told me I have to hit ‘I’m already here’ so your nasty food doesn’t just sit up here. I was charged but couldn’t get a refund! BELINA DIDNT OFFER TO MAKE THE FOOD ONCE. NOT ONCE. MY GOD! BELINA looks and sounds like a child and is a MANAGER?… She doesn’t need to be there whatsoever that was disgusting and hateful

I’ve been to this location many times, but the service is consistently terrible and only seems to be getting worse. The food was cold, looked awful, and tasted completely horrible—I had to throw it away. The staff are consistently rude, and the manager or team leader in the blue uniform is extremely unprofessional. Every time I asked to fix an issue, she yells instead of fixing your order.
I’m not expecting five-star service at any fast food restaurant, but at least get the basics right, like your competitors do.

Terribly slow at night. Great if your not in a hurry. God forbid you go inside, the staff stares at you like you shouldn’t be there. It took over 10 minutes to get through the drive thru. I will say this the day crew handles business like a well oiled machine.

I am not sure why manager was screaming at us. We ordered food the drive through person charged for one burger so I told the second window that we have two orders!! She was literally screaming and then she handed me the food and I asked why are you screaming. She said oh it’s my voice!!! I am your customer I am paying for my order! I will report to corporate to investigate this location. Bad leadership creates bad customer service!!!

I came inside to get my order and all the staff were rude instead of asking hi welcome to McDonald’s are you gonna be using your code instead I got yelled what’s your code and the lady walked away when I tried to give it to her, I had to go back 3 times because they couldn’t find my order and stuff where missing there was no line outside in the drive thru or inside and it still took more then 20 mins to get 2 cheeseburgers and 1 McChicken I saw at least 3 managers there and the general manager all with the same mad attitudes the last two sandwiches when I opened them they where drenched in sauce and If i wanted sauce I would of jest payed for sauce. I would not recommend showing up to this McDonald’s at least in the morning unless you want unprofessional service

I only went to purchase the Genshin Impact Meal. It comes with a code for in-game rewards. I don’t eat at McDonald’s, since the food is horrible for you. The meal came with an apple pie, a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink for $10+ tax. I was skeptical about eating the sandwich because of some things I saw about them some years ago. I took a bite and instantly could tell that this was NOT real chicken. Many restaurants have started using lab grown meat, and I’m pretty sure that’s what this is.

the morning staff lady’s are extremely rude & unprofessional, we’ve never had an issue with the afternoon staff, only ever the morning shift, word of advice if you’re miserable at your job, quit. nobody is forcing you to work there go do something you enjoy instead of taking your miserable attitude out on customers.

Every time we passed by, my kids would ask to stop by the big McDonald. I do not like this location primarily because its entrance is just next to the drive thru, and people do not pay attention to that while driving. I have been there several times, and I try to minimize my visits. Employees are very rude. You could wait for good amount of time while the cashier will be doing something else beside taking the orders, and another good time to get your order since they focus more on the drive thru. This place is very outdated. The restroom is a mess, and the hand dryer doesn’t work rather making harsh noise. It could get very dirty, and no one seems to care!

Most definitely the worst McDonald’s in Webster period if you want food here please go in the day time the night crew most definitely will have you sitting in line 30-40 minutes for 1 cheeseburger and everything here is funny to there workers management is a joke there just as nonchalant as there workers morning shift is most definitely better
