My wife stopped by on her way home to grab a couple burgers and an apple pie. She didn’t check the bag before she left and upon arriving home, we discovered the apple pie was forgotten.
She called the store to ask for a refund and the manager asked if we lived close as he could personally deliver it. About 10 minutes later true to his word he delivered the missing apple
Pie and threw in an extra one complimentary.
This level of customer service from a quick service restaurant is extremely impressive to me and we will definitely continue to give this location our business.

Don’t ever do curbside here. You will wait 4 times as long as the drive through. Knowing better for the third time I did it today, and the result is still the same. I ordered my food 30 minutes before getting here. Pulled up and waited 25 minutes as I watch the line circle over and over again.

I frequent this McDonald’s quite often. I am leaving a review in hopes that management sees it and is able to get things turned around.

The food is always hot and fresh. There are never concerns from my family about the food’s taste, appearance, or quality.
Customer service: 3/5
The team is always helpful and friendly. However, many of them seem lost, forgetful, and sometimes frantic when there are a lot of customers at one time.
Accuracy: 1/5
I ALWAYS have to check every bag/box. I can go to this location 7 days a week, and there will be something missing from my order all 7 times. On today’s order they didn’t put a sausage patty in my order of hot cakes and SAUSAGE. Last week, they left out fries, and they always forget to put straws or sauces in the bags. This happens even when they’ve asked what type of sauce you want for nuggets.
While the overall service is enjoyable, you end up without items you’ve paid for if you, THE CUSTOMER, don’t have the diligence to check your own order before leaving the establishment.

This is now the second time in a row this location has tried to short me on my order.
First time: I was told to wait for my order. When they finally gave me the bag, it was missing both a 20-piece nuggets and a basket of fries. I knocked on the window and got ignored until someone finally came over.
Second time: they gave our coffee macchiato to the car behind us and completely forgot about us waiting. No apology, no urgency—just carelessness.
I don’t normally write many reviews, but two back-to-back experiences like this feel less like mistakes and more like negligence. Customers shouldn’t have to fight just to get the food they already paid for.

Went to a different mcdonalds that left a napkin in our burger, came into this one asking for help if they could remake it for us. Despite the fact mcdonalds is franchised and they really didn’t need to bc it wasn’t their location or their fault, they still remade it for us and it was delish. Very impressed with their service 10/10

I really don’t like this new system where you have to ask for refills and napkins from the staff instead of self-serve. Employees are just in the back and it’s really difficult to ask them for anything as they don’t even swing by. I really hope they open another fast food place nearby so I don’t have to ever come back to this disthopian restaurant.

This is the second time I’ve ordered in the app only to arrive and be told “we’re not taking orders right now, cancel in the app”. Well the app doesn’t allow canceling. Very inconvenient! Turn off the apps ordering feature if you’re not taking orders. I will go to the other McDonald’s on Hwy 6.
