If your employees weren’t playing fighting in the drive through window they might be able to get orders right. I had to get outta my car to get sauce and told the guy if he wasn’t play fighting he might be able to get the orders right. He said yeah okay whatever buddy. Then I get home and the burger is raw. Manager, reach out to talk about my experience with your employees if you even care anymore. From your constant terrible reviews. You don’t.

I asked if there were any fresh apple pies available and was told that none were made. I said I would like two apple pies, and I was told it would take 12 minutes. I confirmed twice that I was willing to wait.

After paying and pulling forward, I was given two pies that were clearly old ,even though I had just been told there were none made. I let them know I wanted fresh pies and was willing to wait.

I then waited about 20 minutes, went inside from the drive thru to ask about the order, and was told they had not even started making them. The guy said they forgot.
At that point, they suddenly tried to prepare them and mentioned the oven door was broken, they placed it in the oven then the microwave. When I finally received them, they were smushy and poorly prepared.

I ended up requesting a refund.

There was no line, and kids appeared to be playing around instead of preparing orders properly.
My nuggets were gross
Front counter guy pants were so low I can see his boxers with his print.
Manager Lia was seeking attention instead of managing orders and staff.

I drove to the mc Donald’s on broadway by 288 in-front of HEB and they placed my pies in the oven and the pies baked for 12 mins exact. My pies were delicious.

Limited in drink choices. No good when you are ordering your meal and only have 3 choices of drinks. Someone in management needs to be on top of their game and order what’s needed for drink stock. Unbelievable for a well established fast food restaurant and can’t get inventory corrected.

This Mcdonalds was overall decent. We got the food fast and it was solid. Mcdonalds was dirty and we didn’t get the coffee we wanted. Play place was huge. Kiosk and icecream machine worked! (Rare!) There was plenty of parking, and staff was nice. I would go here again but it could 100% be better.

Look at how full my pineapple mango smoothies were filled. I don’t want to fill a form. Have your social media team do their job and relay the message to your franchise owner.

I ordered 2 drinks and a hot coffee at curbside. After 25 minutes, I went in to get my order, as no one had brought it out or came to say there was a delay. I asked to speak to the manager. He was sitting in the corner, on his phone. The dining area did not have customers. The drive thru had minimal customers in line. So why the delay? After speaking with the manager, my impression is that he didn’t care if the order took 30 minutes. I told him the employees needed better training. I theorized that if Chick Fil A could have two drive thru lanes totally filled, and they could get orders out in less than 5 minutes minutes, McDonald’s should be capable of doing the same. It’s all about how you train your employees. It’s about having managers who actually care about timely service. This particular location needs robust training. It has never performed well as far as timely service. It’s getting old. Corporate, you own this location. Send in some training staff and make this location the best in TX. You can do it. You just have to put forth effort.

McDonald’s employees should be required to take a literacy test. There is no way items continuously get left out of the bag when you should be able to READ what’s on the screen! Or they read what’s on the screen and chose to not put it in. Almost everytime I come here im having to turn around and go back. This has gotten OLD a long time ago! Ima need yall to get it together. Then they keep the phones unplugged. It’s assumed because they mess up multiple orders and cant keep answering the phone. So I cant even call, I have to complain on the internet.

This location is always hit or miss. Today, the gentleman at the window said he couldn’t give me the extra sauce I ordered even though it was on my receipt, and I had placed my order through the app. If the app allows you to order extra sauce, don’t tell customers no.

The workers are never friendly or even greet you, but it’s McDonald’s, so I guess that’s to be expected.

Wasn’t given any napkins either, I guess they aren’t allowed to do the bare minimum.

Today I had a very uncomfortable experience at this McDonald’s. While I was requesting a change to my coffee because it was too sweet, I witnessed an employee speak in a rude and dismissive way to an elderly Latina woman who was ordering coffee. The employee repeatedly said “I already know” and did not listen to her, while continuing to prepare drinks. The lack of patience and respect was very noticeable and upsetting to witness. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, especially older customers.

I usually don’t go out of my way to leave negative reviews, but this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. On Saturday, December 13th around 1:20 a.m., the night drive-through staff member at the second window was extremely rude and aggressive.

After receiving my food, I waited because I had clearly asked for an extra sauce at the first window, which was also listed on my receipt. When I politely asked for the sauce, she responded with a very aggressive “NO” and said, “You got what you paid for,” which was not true since the extra sauce was on my receipt.

She spoke to me in a very derogatory and hostile manner, and her tone was unnecessarily aggressive. I could have said a lot in response, but her behavior was so confrontational that I felt uncomfortable continuing the interaction. This was never about the money I would have gladly paid for another sauce if needed but the way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable

Because of her aggression, I simply took the food and left. The way this employee addressed a customer was highly unprofessional and is the worst treatment I’ve experienced at any McDonald’s. Definitely won’t be coming back!
