First time Dining in at this restaurant. CUSTOMER SERVICE 0. Front desk employee came to take order…NO GREETING, No talking … which made it difficult for me to continue my order WITHOUT NO SMILE OR JUST FRIENDLY ALERTNESS TO DO THE WORK. When order was served i had to return it due to cookers mistake. When returned the meal to the same employee/manager who took the order She took the sandwich meal and Receipt turned to kitchen and through it in the garbage in front of me. While waiting, another Employee started to greet me and the manager redirected that personnel by speaking loud to him. Very unprofessional! When food returned from kitchen the second time, it was cooked sloppy and wrong again. So I asked for a full refund. I expected to go there to have a happy meal like your concept. This situation happen in front of other customers and the manager is supposed to handle the situation better than that. 0 Bad Experience. No person should go into a restaurant and not feel welcomed.

Went for Breakfast this morning saw a sign that said 5 extra value meal. Went to drive thru asked for it. The lady said they do have a 5 dollar deal. She tell me she don’t speak English well,gets her manager and she tells me they don’t do that promotion at this location. I in turn say it’s on your sing. Then I asked for a 1800 number to call she started playing like she didn’t speak English. False Advertisement at its best worst customer service experience ever

We both got undercooked quarter pounders compared to their standard cooking temp regulations from this location. Also the food was sloppily put together, patties basically half on top of each other, etc. I was sadly starving after work that night so didn’t notice till too late halfway through scarfing the food. They better hope we don’t get food poisoning or worse.

Absolutely horrible. This is the 5th time I have ordered here through DoorDash and they don’t even go over it with the driver before sealing. NORMALIZE CHECKING ORDERS BEFORE SENDING THEM OUT. I will not be returning and I highly recommend not going to this location. As someone whose first job was McDonald’s I am unbelievably disappointed and will be making sure to let others know not to go here. Horrible service sad I can’t put negative stars.

15 mins for a mobile ordered! Was moved forward answer they waited til everyones in pull forward drive thrus food was ready and brought it all at once barely warm! No one spoke good English…….worst location in 20 miles won’t be back and will be filing complaint with corporate! BTW this was for 4 breakfast sandwiches nothing else!

For the past 3 visits I’ve tried to use codes, today I got fed up with it because I tell them the code and it says we got your code! But then it is not applied to my order? The manager was able to give me a promo regardless but was trying to say they don’t control the codes? Uh, yes you do, in the sense to make sure they work? I can’t bring up another code for the same deal if it is accepted it makes you wait 15 minutes, figured they know that by now
