I don’t eat fast food but a few times a year, but for the 3 years I’ve been going to this location (I live a couple minutes away), the service is always FAST, they’re always polite, my food is always hot and fresh, and my order is never wrong. For a McDonald’s, this one is on point. Just giving credit where it’s due.

I been coming here for years. I notice everytime i do a pickup order from my app. I pull to the speaker. They ask me for my code. I give said code. Then they leave the speaker. I hear them go to the other speaker in lane 2 take 800 minutes to deal with them. Just for a different person to come on my speaker to Again ask me for the code I just gave them. I only order here cause its closest to my job. Otherwise I do not recommend anyone places any orders here. But this happens to me every time I come here. Im never able to give my code and pull up. I have to give them my code. Just for them to go completely silent. Then a brand new person comes to the speaker and asks for my code again. Worst time to visit here is anytime after breakfast. I try not to leave negative reviews. But this been happening for a year. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This location got remodeled and it flows sooo much better. I was about the 7th car in line when I drove up. I got thru the line, ordered and got my food in about 10mins! They were fast the order was100% correct. It was made well, not slapped together and tasted great. The older lady at the first window was irritated and kinda rude. I even told her thank you and have a good day. She just looked at me, handed me the receipt and said nothing. Be sides her everyone else was On their game.

After multiple bad experiences here, I am finally writing to warn people about this horribly run location. After quite some time I decided to give this place another chance and ordered through the app to pick it up. When I got home I discovered they didn’t put any of my two orders of fries in the bag. Not wanting to drive all the way back up there I tried to call. However they refused to answer both times and just let it go to the answering service. Having to drive all the way up there again I wanted them to remake the order since it was already just lukewarm and would no doubt be even worse by the time I got home. The girl just sighed and complained it was still warm to another employee. She told the manager who after rolling her eyes begrudgingly had it remade. At no time did the manager or any team member apologize for the error or the inconvenience of me having to go back up there. Then the employee comes to the counter where another gentleman and I are waiting, sets two back down and yells “order for Rick” and proceeded to talk to him about his order. After she walks away I call back and ask if those are my bags. With an attitude she says yes and suggested that I should have known that. I explained that setting down bags and yelling order for Rick would cause one to assume that the bags are Rick’s order. That was met with just more attitude. It was just a horrible experience that showed absolutely zero concern for customer service by anyone from the manger on down

The worst experience you will ever have at a McDonalds. From the inside being not made for humans to the absolute 0 customer service. Took 30 minutes or more to get the food with no drive through line and one other person inside the store. I DO NOT recommend this McDonald’s even as new as it is. But this is from me and my family’s experience. You can decide for yourself.

Terrible service. I had to return to the restaurant because my order was missing a 10-piece nugget. Instead of handling the mistake respectfully, the staff—and even the manager, Veronica—were dismissive and rude. When I asked for the corporate number, I was told they didn’t believe me because there was “no extra food left.” That response was unprofessional and unacceptable. A manager should set the standard for good customer service, not contribute to a negative experience. Now nuggets are fresh but fries and coke are cold and watery.

Went to drive through, they got our phone code on the speaker, redeemed he voucher, went to the window to pay and guess what they didn’t see the discount and they didn’t care to fix the issue even tho it was just redeemed. So as promised to the guy who didn’t care (older guy), here’s a 1 star review.

Very rude, and lazy. Even if your nice and polite with them, they still treat you like your bothering them. And if they mess your order up good luck with them fixing it. I’m scared to drink my drink now.
