Manager was extremely unprofessional, no name tag and her belly was hanging out from under her shirt. When my daughter asked of they had the same meal deal as the store she worked at the manager snapped at her she didn’t care what store she worked at. Setting a great example for newer employees to follow by maintaining a toxic environment in the workplace.

This location has so much potential to be great and unfortunately it is not. The wait in the drive thru is always insane. If you come after 9 pm even worse. Pretty sure they are understaffed the man who has a stern management voice at night is always passive aggressive. I come here out of convenience not for customer service unfortunately. They should get some pointers from the neighboring restaurants and boost their hospitality.

Great freeze but the line was silly as no one else knew about pulling to the line, as the restaurant was waiting for me. So maybe help the one’s who don’t know how to use the new lines. No one pulled forward and by the time I was leaving it was backed up to the the Street and I couldn’t go around and leave the way via 13th street. Oh well I don’t usually go at this time, but I have noticed at other McDs employees going out working the line. Anyway I have what I want and I’m home.

I had made an order through drive-through window at night around 9pm. When we arrived at home, my burger was missing the bottom bun. I returned to the store location and knocked upon the locked door. The lady answered and asked “yeah?”. I held open my burger box as I explained it was missing the bottom bun. She said said “so what do you want me to do? Put another bun on it or make a new one?”. I was appaled at the fact she didn’t know her own procedures to a level of asking a customer how to do her job. The man working drive-through was awesome. He even shook his head at the sight of what happened between me and her. Disappointed.

I can not forgive mc donalds for up charging me for sweat tea. At the window I asked her is it still free inside the store she said yeah but if the customer asks for it they will charged them.
Yeah yeah 10 cents but not ten scents the last 20 years and not going to be ten scents the next 80 years. I’m not going to lie or pay for tea if it’s by the other soft drinks.
I also asked for napkins and ketchup
Cause now it has to be added but not given every time. Like this time no ketchup ruining the mc donalds I grew up with.
I didn’t see a sign about the upcharges or if it’s an old thing but if the drink is accessible to the public it’s free refills and not extra

SERIOUSLY I PAID FOR MAC SAUCE FOR A REASON! And got charged as well! I will never be back! All 8 burgers had this amount or less! Don’t waist your time here.

Went through the drive-through there was only two cars in front of us. I asked for two spicy chickens with cheese, one spicy the regular way and 2- 10 piece chicken nuggets and an order of fries start to pull off didn’t have one of my spicy chickens nor did I get my French fries They only gave me two spicy chickens instead of three and then I didn’t get my french fries then lady that was the manager. She came out said oh I gave you an order of French fries no you didn’t give me no order of fries I bought that you shorted me right also I don’t know why I keep going back only because they’re so close to the house but I think I’m gonna take an extra half a mile and go to the one on red Bluff because I don’t never have the problem. People better check your bags every time cause for some reason they could never get the orders, right
