I’ve been going to this location for a couple of months now and the young ladies and gentlemen that works here are very respectful and nice to me. But I’ve ordered my food and my fries looks old cause of the old grease. And on another day I ordered something different, a Big Mac and it was cold . They were really nice about exchanging it but this time they forgot my drink and the burger was still nasty.

Man, this will be a lengthy review. I live close by this mcdonalds. I have 2 boys so we frequent this establishment. They are so hit and miss. When I say that, I’m referring to the drive thru, food quantity, attitudes of employees, wait time. The whole nine yards. They do have a few very good drive through attendants taking the orders, they are very fast and efficient and get the orders correct 99% of the time. Almost everytime when u pull up to get your food, they ask you to pull up, or park in one of the numbered spaces. They do it wether there is 9 cars behind you or none. Very rarely is your food ever ready or almost ready at the second window. I do understand the reasoning if your busy but when there isn’t anyone else in the drive thru?

So during our last visit at lunch time our experience was terrible. I took my kids there for lunch and we ordered at the kiosk. Twenty minutes later our food was ready. We were not given napkins and despite waiting for 5 minutes at the counter to ask for some we were ignored. My kids got nuggets and even though we selected BBQ sauce we were given Sweet and Sour. The trash cans were all over full and almost every table was filthy. There was garbage on the floor. There were no ketchup cups by the dispensers. It was such a bad experience I will never return to this McDonald’s. And for reference it was not in the least bit busy inside. I felt like i was eating inside of a gas station bathroom.

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER!! I ordered the Grimace meal. they made up pull up the first parking spot and made us wait for 20 minutes. the man that gave us our meal BUT DIDNT GIVE US OUR GRIMACE SHAKES. the point is where are my Grimace shakes?!! why will i buy a grimace meal and not get MY SHAKES?! i Was upset that i payed a two Grimace meals and not get my shakes. Waited 45 minutes for my food. When it finally came out it was the wrong order. My husband had to go inside to get our food because no one would come out to help us. I will never pull in to a drive thru reserved spot again. Everyone waiting had the same issue
